Hotel is fairly well located. Very dated. The entrance and public areas have had investment. Staff are very polite and check in well managed. Rooms are tired. Shower head leaked, walls dirty, TV was old and awful picture, beds worn out and little to know money spent. Carpet is horrible and dread to think how many years old it is....

Hotel is well situated, breakfasts were good, rooms could do with a bit of attention, (air-con was broken) weather was poor while I was there (not the hotels fault) so my break was a bit of a damp squib. But the internet, spa, gym & pool are all excellent. Casino was impressive (But not really my kind of thing). Staff...

We booked a double superior room with a kingsize bed for a 9 nights Easter visit, first time to Sofia. Upon arrival we were given keys and found it to be a twin room on 12th floor so went straight back down to reception. After some discussion we were given a kingsize bed room on 14th floor. This room had...

Busy hotel with a worn appearance. Stayed three nights in a rather sound room, so I was not in doubt when doors closed, the elevator arrived, people sneezed or when the neightbour upstairs was walking or moving furniture. The hotel has a written environmental policy, but does not follow it in practice. I left my towel on the rack, but...

The hotel itself it's not what I expected from the photos, it's not all that bad, although it's very dated... no kettle in my room, very old decor, cracked plaster etc. The food was very substandard, not a 4 star for sure. Staff are very rude and hostile in the bar. No smiles and refuse to add anything to your...

Large hotel with 16 floors, swimming pool, spa, bar, 2 restaurants, gym and casino. About 8 € for a taxi to the airport, train and metro station a 3 minutes walk, city centre takes 2 stops with the metro, day pass costs 4 lev. Rooms large but a bit dated, bed could use a make-over, small window. Free wifi in...

Arrive in the evening with our group of tourist. Check in process was smooth and less than 30 minutes we are in the room. The housekeeping has done a good job as the room is clean and don't smell bad. There's live performance at the lounge and spa services at another corner.

The business room was good. Renovated in acceptable condition. Food was OK but not for 4 star standard. The service though from specific people catastrophic. Not answering a call in a typical stuck up manner. Bad choice. Customer can always have other options. It was also funny to pay a low quality coffee more than a good coffee shop around...
