I stayed twice in this hotel as I was for business in Zagreb. The hotel was for me the perfect choice as it was close to my meeting area and it's about 15 minutes walk to the main squere and center of Zagreb. The hotel is a small family run hotel, spacious and well equipped rooms and very clean! Staff...

Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very tidy and spacious. Breakfast is also great. Hotel is near the downtown so you can take a nice walk to the center. I have no complains about the visit and will definetly come back.

I checked in and asked to extend my stay for another night. Nothing was said to the contrary. When I returned after an all day excursion at seven in the evening, I was informed that I had been kicked out of my room because they were sold out. My stuff had been rifled through and thrown into a bag along...

Hello Mrs. Gretchen, We had no intention in responding to your first review, however, after this one, we feel obligated to share our side of what really happened, due to the fact that you gave a lot of incorrect statements. First of all, you booked only one night via Booking.com, and you did not state that you wanted to prolong...

I arrived in Zagreb late in the evening without a hotel. I was directed to this hotel by a gentlemen at another hotel with no vacancy. I was very pleasantly surprised by this outstanding hotel. This place was clean, the personnel were excellent, and breakfast was included. I paid around 53 euro for the room. This place was spotless, luxurious,...

Spacious, very comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff Good buffet breakfast (there’s no hot choices) The locations is good; not in the very center, but very close to the tram station if you don’t fancy to walk (15 – 20 minutes). Private parking included in the price.

Very nice 3 star hotel. Very clean and nice sized rooms and public areas and staff attentive and helpful. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was continental style and self service. About a £2.50 taxi ride from the centre. Tram is s 2 minute walk so in a good place to explore Zagreb. I would return here.

The property is fine, but the management is not. Long story short: we felt cheated. I used TripAdvisor to book two stays here at the front and back of our 10 day vacation in Croatia. To take advantage of a change in plans, we asked the manager when we checked out if he could reschedule our return stay (move forward...

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Croatia. The location is good - an easy walk to the Ilica and main squares, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not extensive but certainly sufficient. The staff were nice, especially an older gentleman who worked behind the bar. The woman at the front desk wasn't as warm, but was very...

Went to the president pantovaak in Zagreb , more modern but the staff uncaring. Left and selected this charming hotel. Why? Because they were helpful with parking, finding good food and well wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. That counts for a lot in my book.

Really nice hotel in fairly quiet area, yet not too far from city centre. Lovely rooms with all the comforts a 3 star hotel could offer and more. The staff is very wellcoming. However, breakfast could and should be improved, particularly the coffee...
