Very nice ambient, old fashioned hotel, the service is very nice and polite. The room was beautiful, one of the most comfortable beds recent. Very clean and neat. In the room there is separated bathroom with sower, big bed, coffe table and office table, flat tv and wifi. Have to stay there if you're visiting Zagreb.

I was visiting Zagreb last week since there was the Davis Cup final. I choose the Panorama hotel because of the location primarily. After reading some of the reviews I can just say that my experience was awesome. Ivanka from the Front desk was great, always smiling and willing to exceed your expectations. I had a high floor room which... More

It is not in the close city centre as I thought it would be. It takes you 25 min walk to reach the downtown, and the path is not that picturesque, so I suggest taking a taxi, which is rather cheap (3-4 euro). The hotel is large, the staff is friendly, breakfast is traditional continental. The rooms are rather small... More

Just like it's said. Good thing it is in centre of town, for simple stay. I was in lack for WiFi and had problem finding for power sockets which was bad because I had lots of gears with me. There was some good places around for drink coffee.

First impressions of the Panorama are quite good, but as your impression develops, it's my guess that like me, you will find flaws. I imagine that for reasons of economy, almost everywhere in Zagreb is poorly lit and the Panorama is no exception. Low energy bulbs everywhere, give the place a dull look and in your room for instance, you... More

at the start of 4 centre Croatian tour. It was clean, well serviced, a very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful and the food mainly International rather than Croatian. It was full with various training courses/conferences so our party had dining venues shuttled about. The tallest hotel in Croatia but with limited lifts.

It may be the tallest hotel in Croatia, but it only gets an average rating from me. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are as friendly as you'd expect in a hotel that handles coachloads of tourists each day. Breakfast is a disappointment so don't pay extra for it. Long-life juice, canned fruit and indifferent coffee. No... More

I attended a week long course here with 250 delegates having been before in 2014. The hotel is a great venue for the training and the staff (especially the barman) are very attentive and pleased to help. The food is ok, not great for me....it is the same sort of thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner but I suppose to... More

However, the hotel is pretty far from the city center, you can take a walk to the old town, and see the not so nice side of the town with some buildings from the communist era. Which was fine for me. The room was okay, and the waiters in the restaurant were very kind and mindful. But there are a... More

There were many good points about this hotel: our bedroom and bathroom were large, the window opened a safe fixed distance, the bed was big and very comfortable, everything was spotless, the staff were pleasant.
