I stayed two places in Chisinau this time, the other a five-star place (already reviewed) at a multiple of the cost of the Cosmos, at which a perfectly acceptable room with breakfast cost 29 euros. Is the Cosmos an elegant, impeccable, full-service hotel? Obviously not....More

The people working there are really friendly.
it needs some renovation, but is absolutely not pretentious.
I can agree with others that it is Soviet style, but for 32 EUR per night for 2 persons with breakfast we had a hall & bedroom after renovation. Warm and clean hotel, comfortable bed, nice staff. Not far from train station and airport bus...More
Bad breakfast not so much choices . Rooms are old and need a lot of renovation . Stuff in front disk very friendly and speak good English and also good location that is why I give three stars for this hotel
I guess that nothing in this hotel has changed since the Soviet era but that is what makes this hotel great! First of all, the hotel is in the city center, just a street away from Street Stefan Cel Mare (the main one in Chisinau)...More
