It's a nice comfy place, with kitchen and common room. The bedroom had no toilette or shower inside, I don't know if they have other accomodations. There are lockers for free in the room. It also has a patio for smoking and tenders for wet clothes, which is great. The girls of the staff were really cool and friendly.

This hostel was a very basic hostel with medium sized rooms, the bathrooms were clean and basic. The lady who worked at the hostel was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel is about 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre.

Good location...quite close to thr train station and the old town, nice staff, clean rooms and bathrooms/toilets, strong wi-fi, interesting designs, lockers in the rooms...only the bunk beds r a bit wobbly:)

The funky chicken guesthouse is really cheap and close to Bucharest city center. The staff speaks english. The rooms are a bit old and not really ergonomically organised, same for the bathroom. But it was a enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hostel and payed 35 RON (8 Euro) per night for a bed in the room with 6 beds. The room with 8 beds (for 6 Euro) seemed to be occupied by workers. No private rooms are available. The hostel is in an old building, but it has new windows and the street is rather quiet. It's...

Had an enjoyable stay here in November 2014. The place could use a little TLC, as others have mentioned, but the helpful staff and spacious layout make up for any shortcomings. The location is good - about a 20 min. walk to the Palace. You can have your laundry done here as well. While staying here, we went on the...

+ the staff was friendly and spoke English. There was a kitchen. - the hostel was in a bad condition. The rooms and furniture urgently needed a renovation. The bathrooms were untidy and in a really bad shape: the shower could only be locked from the outside (!?) and the toilet couldn't be locked at all. After all, it was...

As a travel agent I have stayed in a few places in Bucharest and this is the best by a long shot, super friendly and helpful staff, that are very flexible and understanding. Prices are great, rooms decent and a great location. Could not recommend more.

Very close to main train station along (what seem to be) safe streets for walking. Close to supermarkets, cheap, took cash only - no cards. Private room had glass-panelled doors (not fully transparent but not entirely private, either) and the lumpiest pillows ever - I wasn't convinced they were clean so put them aside and slept on my sweater instead!

Next time I cost Bucharest I'm going here, no question. It's clean safe and the staff is lovely. The travelers is attracts is great to. I highly recommend it and the price is right. A lot of interesting street art near by as well. And great mural outside.

“On the first floor, there is a "room" with 4 beds (two bunkbeds) just off the common area/living room - keep in mind that people have to pass through this room to get to the other dorm room. Unless you're a very sound sleeper, you may want to avoid this room.”
