Stayed here for one night. Immaculately clean room and bathroom. Much more so than many hotels I have stayed in. There was quite a bit construction nearby when we were there, but not too disturbing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean hostel. Administrator can solve different problems very great. Lounge is like livingroom, you can meet other guest. Hiljaiset huoneet ja rauhallinen alue, mutta lähellä metroa. I like it. best regards from Finland

Central location, easy to get to Metro, quiet street, very good and well equipped kitchen/lounge area with free internet terminal and free wi-fi. However, there is only a small cooking area and the fridge is totally packed full of food...the facilities are not enough for the amount of people staying there. They didn't have enough room keys for 1 each...

My husband and I don't often stay in Hostels but because of the reviews we thought we'd tried this out for our 6 night stay in Kiev. Every good thing they say about it is true. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room (a double right next to the toilets) was sparse but spotless and functional. The wifi in...

One of the things I like about Gagarin is that they make your bed for you so you don't have to worry about making your bed. That way you can get a good night's rest without thinking about anything. Also they have free bottled water and tea all day and night long. The showers are powerful with plenty of hot...

Price is good, rooms clean and nice, location perfect (safe, central and quiet), and most of ALL the staff is what makes this place really cool. There is a room where you can watch tv, computer, make food and coffe/tea/water is for free. The Staff:...

I stayed at Gagarin Hostel for 6 nights and every day was an awesome one! Hostel is very clean, bathrooms are amazing (!), comfy beds and great atmosphere. I'd say not every hotel has such good condition and look. I met so many friendly people that I've never had in other hostels in Europe. Should drop some worlds about the...

An excellent hostel - not bang in the centre but very close, an ideal location. Staff are lovely, hostel is kept very clean and just the right atmosphere. The hostel market in Kiev is now booming, with many to choose from. Gagarin is certainly highly recommended.

We stayed 5 nights in may. Location is nice, metrostation and some restaurants nearby. City centre and some highlights reachable by 15min walk. Staff is very helpfull and helped us with a taxi transfer to the airport. Rooms got thin walls, so sometimes you'll hear some noise from guests who arrived late at night. If your looking for an affordable...

“Go for the 4 bed dorm”

“We stayed in a double room with twin beds. The room is small, but the beds are very comfortable and spacious. Of the minuses only poor soundproofing. The rooms are all equally comfortable, but it is better to choose a single or double room.”
