we have made a reservation at this hotel via email as their website is pretty basic and it actually never works properly (we have tried in different occasions) we spoke with someone called silvia which made the booking under the wrong location and charged js twice. however marsy managed to sort everything out even long distance at different times of the day. she is not in charge of direct bookings however she took my case at heart and managed to give us the best customer service ever. definitely we will book again trough her directly next time. thank you marsy

Not bad , the only thing was the elevator that is not good at all, but everything else its good and the price good...... Maybe for others its a disaster but for me it was good, you have a nice view of the city of el salvador and there is a supermarket near the hotel were you can go and buy something that you might need

Handy for the YUCA university if you have business there, but this is a tired old place. Hard beds. Everything about 25 years out of date and a TERRIBLE breakfast of barely warm eggs, platano and beans. Look elsewhere!

This hotel best days are gone, it must have been very nice some years ago. Rooms are pretty large but need some serious updates, it looks old. There is mold in the bathrooms, rugs are old and lighting is dim. But it was clean and I had a good night sleep. Over all I would stay there overnight or a couple but would not stay there during daytime. There are not many better option in San Salvador as far as I was told.

basically you get what you pay for... and you can tell that since the moment you get to the parking lot... the hotel rate is cheap and you are able to realize why once you get there... the rooms are old, yes... clean, but the entire place gives you that feeling that you could be better paying extra dollars and staying somewhere else... it does have a motel feeling... sad buy true. The team is nice and will do all they can to give you a nice experience... Though, the place itself has not been maintained appropriately

As a travel agent ...the experience with this Hotel services are terrible...They are not efficient when it comes to their transport services. A booking was done for a client and as requested "if any special request please call the hotel directly" I did as stated. My client was to be picked up at the airport and when i called to remind them ... no driver was to be found... I called the hotel once again to get this matter rectified and the receptionist ended my call when i asked to talk to the manager. I do not recommend!!!

Just a so-so hotel. Located a little off the city center. Near a super-market. Also have nearby a Pizza Hut, Wok-on-fire Chinese restaurant & some other restaurants. Can get Taxi easily from here nearby the super-market. Also have nearby Bank & ATMs. Hotel staff is helpful. Rooms are big & have Air-condition. The look of the hotel is quite old including the lobby, room, breakfast hall. Very few guests in the hotel while we stayed. Breakfast is served daily including bread, butter, jam, fruits, juice, some other eatables. About 45 minutes drive to airport. Wifi is not very good but not too bad too for business work.

Had high hopes for this hotel as it was only a few pounds less than the crown plaza, but I wish I'd spent those extra few. The hotel has seen better days. It's rather gloomy downstairs and bathrooms need lots of work. I had to ask for towels in my room. However the staff were nice and it's far from the worst place you could stay in the city. Just don't expect luxury.

Price: $59.00 per night. If you are looking for a Luxurious Hotel, this is not the Hotel you would want to stay at but if you are looking just for a place to spend one night before your trip to the airport to catch your flight early in the morning, than you might consider this hotel. This hotel's location is perfect. About 35 minutes away from the International Airport and just a few minutes away from the shopping malls "MultiPlasa" and "La Gran Villa" and just one block walking distance from the Super Market "Selectos". The room was an average room, it had what you need: AC, small fridge, an ok bed but very small pillows (and you only get 2 pillows), a flat screen tv with cable service and a bathroom with a tub and hot and cold water. My experience: The night we arrived we were welcome at the lobby. The front desk agent was just basic on his personality and straight to the point which is fine with me. The moment I we walked in the room it had this strange smell but once you are in the room I guess you get use to it. The table lamps did not work at all and the main lighting is very dim so I requested to have the lamps changed and so the front desk guy was very helpful coming up to replace both lamps. Continental Breakfast was included just for one person in the room and for the 2nd person it only cost $5.00. It had a verity of food selections like "Omelets, refried beans, cereal, milk, coffee, "Pan dulce", orange juice, oatmeal, bread, butter, Salvadoran cheese and cream. At the time of check out, Nelly who was working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I went to get the car from the parking garage and as I pulled in to the front of the hotel lobby I found out that the car had a flat tire. I quickly need to get it changed since I was running out of time and Nelly was quick enough to radio one of her co-workers who seem to be like the maintenance guy. He came and in a blink of an eye he replaced the flat tire with a good one. I was very thank full and glad they had solved my problem. Over all, the hotel might not be the greatest and in perfect conditions but they got some great employees working there.
