If you need a safe and clean place to stay, check this place out. The rooms are fairly small but they're clean. They have a nice outdoor area where you can eat, drink, or just hang out. On the other hand, the pool water wasn't very clear and didn't seem clean enough to swim in. Other than that, a fair place to stay.
When I reserved my room online- I was quoted a $60 rate. When I arrived at the hotel (2 hours later) I was told the website was wrong and the rate was $80. Even after arguing and showing them my confirmation number for the booking + the rates that were listed when I received the confirmation e-mail- they still failed to acknowledge, nonetheless honor the rate provided. Not acceptable.
As the titles says, this place was Clean, Friendly, Excellent. Very reasonalbly priced, even by El Salvador standards, with a modest, but very well done breakfast buffet. Clean pool. Would recommend, and go back.
The absolute high of this hotel is the service, warm and efficient. The rooms are (very) basic and need renovation, but if you don't expect anything other than a 3 star hotel, it fits purpose. And again, the staff is great and very service oriented.
I went to El Salvador with my family. This place is nice and the staff so friendly. I rent a room for four with three beds, the bedroom was small but the people that work in this hotel makes you feel so special every day. Breakfast is included in the rate. The hotel has a nice pool that is clean. My kids and husband love this place. We liked that the hotel has restaurant inside, you can order food any time and they will serve it either by the garden area or they will bring the food to your room if you requested. They clean the room everyday and the bedding is changed everyday. The location is perfect, it is close to a mall and several restaurant. It is in a safe area, my husband and I went for a walk and we felt safe all the time. I highly recommends this hotel. Price is reasonable and they are willing to give a discount if you stay several days. We stay 9 days and they gave us a huge discount. Without a doubt I will be back to this hotel.…
Dont feel bad if you can't stay in holiday por a crown plaza, this place has everything you could need and even more but the real plus of this place is the staff. Wonderful people, always willing to help and give you directions. I wanted fruits with muy breakfast and i only asked once and since that day without asking again the grave me a boul of fruit Every morning. Maybe is small, but is located close to WTC and Malo Galerías, you can go walking of course with precautions.
If you don't expect North American chain hotel standards this hotel is great. The rooms are a bit dated, they are musty until you get the air conditioning going and the room cooled. The rooms are clean, but not immaculate. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and the pool is excellent. We spent each morning in the garden for breakfast - it was an excellent start to the day. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the tourist areas and I see this as it's strongest benefit. If you want a nice Salvadoran experience in a real neighborhood without becoming a target for the riff raff around the big hotels, this is the place. I would stay here again without reservation, although I would leave my big hotel expectations at the door. …
My room was next to the hotel kitchen i guess, so it had a greasy smell to it. My friend stayed in a room near the garden, it also smelt really bad, due to that the plumbing from the shower is interconnected with the one from the toillet. The hotel is old and the restrooms really small. My overall experience was really bad, never going back, it was muy second time, but not vouching for it anymore.
All international 5 stars hotels being fully booked during my last stay in San Salvador, I choose this one. And it happened to be very good! The room confort is not luxurious but more than acceptable. The hotel is very clean and is very well located, in one of the safest area of San Salvador city. The restaurant is also quite good and the whole staff very serviceable. But clearly the greatest asset of this hotel is its nice garden. It makes it a very confortable place for long stays. A minor minus point: they tend to fill standard rooms with 2 or 3 beddings (they also accomodate families). Ask for their removal or you'll be crowded. Of interest for business trips: - the hotel has two meeting rooms that they lend guests for the price of the coffee). One can accomodate 10 people, the biggest one much more than that. - Free WIFI connectivity works ok(for El Salvador) and is reachable everywhere in the hotel.…
This is a greta hotel in a very peaceful part of San Salvador. The rooms are basic but have all that's needed. The service is greta, the internet works well, and the food is excellent. The breakfasts are a little basic, but the a la carte menu saves the day. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
