Good budget hotel. Small pool but not big enough to actually swim. Nice rooms with comfy bed, TV and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioned rooms. Clean. Excellent free breakfast. Beverages available for purchase. Photogenic birds but they really did wake up about 4 AM.

A colorful average somewhat budget hotel in the Las Palmas District of Managua located a couple of miles from downtown .The hotel had a very helpful staff with a few workers that spoke English. The hotel WI/FI was good as long as you were near the front desk where breakfast/meals are served. The hotel has a small pool decorated with small...

Clean rooms with good A/C. Decent breakfast included. Our main drawbacks with this place were the many birds kept on site that crowed and squawked at the crack of dawn every morning. Also, the poor squirrel kept in a cage and panting for his life is awful. The pool is nice although there's not really anywhere to sit comfortably outside...

Very good and friendly service. English is not a problem with any person in reception. Rooms in the back are better. Breakfast included is usually good, one day out of 6 fruits were not available. Rooms clean, but basic what is understandable considering the price. One day there was a sewer smell in the room, but this was fixed. It...

This hotel is a bit tired. I would imagine that there are other options that would be better for the price. The chairs by the pool are uncomfortable and the whole place is a bit dark. The rooms were okay - beds were comfortable but the hotel lacked pizzazz and was not worthy of the stylish name "Art Hotel Managua"....

Jorge is a fantastic host and goes the extra mile to help out guests, especially given most if us stay in Managua for 1/2 nights in transit. Art Hotel has ecceletic decor, which made me feel like I was getting an authentic Nicaraguan experience moreso than I would staying in a branded hotel. Cute pool for cooling down, and great...

Nice, clean, small hotel somewhat near the downtown area [which barely exists since the '72 earthquake-most of city has moved south]. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly; it probably helped that I spoke Spanish, but many guests did not. [One of owners was frequently gruff -in English- with staff in front of guests.] Pool area is small, but pool...

We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights and were satisfied with our stay. The room had comfortable beds (with space for 5 people), airconditioning, bathroom with soaps and shampoo provided, warm shower (first time in this country), a huge flatscreen TV and it was clean. Good wifi and a computer available, breakfast included. We only missed enough power...

This is an in between a hotel and motel. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. We arrived later than we anticipated so did not enjoy any Amenities. Which was sad because the pool looked nice and clean. Room a/c was off but cooled quickly. Everything worked in the room and for the price it's was we expected.

We don't like to see a hotel boss (presumigly it was the boss), shouting at its employees. Rooms are basic, food serves at the hotel was good (value for money). The guy behind the reception was helpful. Will not go there again though!
