The people here are very friendly. Set up a taxi for me to get back to Managua airport when I had to leave suddenly and cost me 30 which was very reasonable. Rooms had AC, my room was clean but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel you will not be satisfied. Wish it would be a little closer to the center of town but taxis to and from your hotel are like 15 cordobas/50Cents a person. Pool was small but clean. I had french toast for breakfast which was good but I would offer more options and better coffee. There were like 3 options for the breakfast which was 7am-9am.I stayed in room 6 on second floor. Pretty solid wifi. Would I stay again, yes at this price range which was like 30 a night but would probably pay 40-45 and stay right downtown with a little more amenenties that I would prefer. I do recommend this hotel at this price range and they are working to upgrade it. Great staff and thank you. Howard…
Great service of all the staff, from the begining to the end. When I arrive to the airport I call the Hotel, and they send me a taxi, when arrive the bellman knows my name, for the check they have everything ready. The room service has many options and the food was delicious. Thanks to Diana and Mike (chek in) and also to Rafael (room service).
This was our second stop on a visit to Central America, the previous being the Hyatt in Panama City. I was quite disappointed upon arrival in the neighborhood, why all the razor wire? The property was clean and the fellow at the desk seemed to be saying he was sitting in for someone else, seemed a bit confused. He found our reservations and gave us room keys. The room reminded me of a monk's cell, very basic stuff. The room safe did not work, there was rust on the towel rack, bolts protruding from the walls, a paint line where someone had maybe patched something? Very sad, as was the breakfast, instant coffee and modest portions on the plate from the kitchen. We seemed to be the only guests? We asked directions to a grocery store and both heard him direct us straight at the roundabout, when we later found the store to be left at the roundabout. So much for helpfulness. The person at the desk was able to get us a taxi to the airport, and the driver took us to the correct place so 'yea!' for the small successes.…
Bedbugs and instant coffee? Dusty plastic plants. First thing upon arrival at 9:45 PM being asked to pay for the room which I already paid through booking agency. Shown yo a room where AC did not work. After letting them know I was instructed to sit and wait patiently while they ascertained that it was indeed out of order. Being told that there was no milk for the INSTANT coffee because the owner went out and took key to larder. When I complained at checkout they agreed to refund 30 of the $60 I paid but reneged. No airport shuttle. 30 minute can ride for $20. You can do better!
From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of at hotel Internacional. From the front desk to the security guard, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Roberto the owner, and the young man from the island in Lake Nicaragua. Thank you! I will be back!!
