We have stayed at the hotel and it is always very nice. It is pricey but worth it. Rooms are spacious, clean and the service is excellent. They have an excellent breakfast bar. Our only complaint is that once they run out of an item, they do not always replace it. So it is best to get there early.

Every time my family and I stay at the Hyatt Place hotel (many times) we are treated exceptionally well. All staff members are always helpful, always gracious, always welcoming, always courteous & friendly. The menu food is also terrific and the breakfast buffet is extensive & excellent The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. After many stays at the Hyatt Place we expect the best and receive it.

My husband and I stayed at Hyatt Managua for a friends wedding and it really was a great hotel. First, the location of it is very convenient to the mall which gives you an option of finding a place to eat without having to drive. Second, they offer a taxi service with a reasonable price to the airport which is huge. We went for a quick trip so didn’t get to do some tourism things but I bet they could help arrange some type of transportation. The employees were great, sweet and very helpful. They offer room service till 11. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, accesible to restaurants and shopping area. All employees were very welcoming. Very secure. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay central Managua.

Hyatt was understaffed. Staff told multiple lies. Poor globalist recognition. No Benedict for breakfast. Rooms in poor condition. Furthermore, noise from other rooms were an issue. Recommend looking at other alternatives in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Room was very clean and it is new green concept hotel. Very safe place to stay as well. 20 restaurants near by with the mall so close. Totally recommend and will stay there again in a few weeks

I have stayed at the Hyatt Place Managua many times and enjoyed my experience every single time. The service is amazing, the hotel is clean and very inviting and the rooms are extremely comfortable with everything you could need it want. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the amazing buffet breakfast they put in every morning. When in in Managua this is the only place I stay.

The Hyatt Place in Managua is Highly recommended. I Go several times a year on business. and So Far, is the best Hotel I know in Managua. The Staff is Nice and Professional and safe place. I see no reason to complaint about anything for now. Right across the Hotel there is nice mall with all the amities needed. It's perfect place to stay.
