It is described as quirky - that it is! Rooms are placed everywhere. My private room with a bath, was off the breakfast room, near the laundry room. My room was clean and a good size. I would have liked hot water, soap, and shampoo. But for $30 a night, in Casco Viejo, it is a good deal. However, my... More

The hostel seemed nice at first but ended up being a terrible experience. The dorm is big (bunk beds triple stacked) and it is open air, this is nice during the day but at night there were a lot of mosquitoes. There is no quiet hour.. it was 11:30 and people were trying to sleep in the dorm but others... More

We arrived without reservation and had no troubles to find a nice private room with bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and the crew was always very helpful. Located in the heart of the casco viejo you find everything around the corner

I was recommended this place as the hostel I wanted to stay in was full. Got a private room with a private bathroom. Someone had left a bottle of drink in the bathroom presumably after using the toilet. The room had no windows and was right next to reception. At night 1am, I had to get out of bed and... More

Room was very basic and in my opinion worth less than the USD 25 I spent (private, shared bathroom). No windows so loud noises coming in all day and all night. Breakfast was ok. No power outlet in the room, had to charge my phone on the terrace, which was a little annoying. Bathrooms were small with little water. Location... More

Very basic hotel, pretty crowded and a little dark, very noisy as our room was right on the road and there was a big gap in the wall so if someone walks by you hear it. The good things are the location and price, if you looking for a place to sleep and not spend much it is a good... More

On the surface, this place looks ok, and the rooms aren't bad. We had a private room on the ground floor. Not the cleanest we've been in but definitely not the dirtiest. Plenty of space, lockers and bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was very cramped. The free breakfast is very basic - toast, with peanut butter and jam being the... More

If you want to stay in Casco Viejo then it's good cause it's a cheap hostel that's basic. Toast and fruit for breakfast. There is a nice staff member called "maple" I think. She was very helpful always helping me in English. Roof top is cool. Rooms are crowded and it's not fancy. But it's still clean. Small kitchen. Beds... More

I had no issues staying here - it's basic, but actually both my beds were super comfortable. Breakfast is bananas and bread you can toast + jam and peanut butter, plus coffee, so don't expect pancakes like at Luna's castle. I stayed in room 1 (private w bathroom) for three nights - no window, and noisy because it's right by... More

Very very basic accommodation, probably would look for something else next time. Pros: - great location - free breakfast (coffee, bread, peanut butter, bananas) - very helpful staff - airport shuttle offered for a decent price (although now I know there is uber in PC) Cons: - rooms were very basic, but ok. - bathrooms were small and very damp....
