Stayed for 15 days so experienced everything.
Value for money was quite unfair. In fact the first room I was given was pathetic for the price.
There were no amenities like kettle, drinking water bottles etc provided.
Absolutely monastically basic.
Food was good considering he COVID restrictions but a bit expensive for quality.
Restaurant staff were the only plus point of the visit. Fast efficient and caring.
Overall would avoid.

Good location. Free breakfast is a joke, restaurant staff are the worst I've ever seen, very slow, ignored me for about 15 minutes until I approached and nicely asked for service, rude, acts like they hate their job. Food was cold, I left and went to a real restaurant. Front desk staff is not much better.
Room was basic, not awful I guess.
They have charged me for an extra night and they won't respond to my emails (in English and Spanish) to fix it. The least they could do is be professional and take care of their mistake, instead of ignoring my emails.

I would NOT stay there again!

Located in the best area of Panamá City, near bars, restaurants and discos where you can walk and leave tha car in the hotel parking (it's very difficult at night to find a place to park in the street). The hotel rooms are well decorated and clean, with A/C. The only detail is that there was no minibar, so no cold drinks were available at all hours. Service was good and although the breakfast included wasn't buffet, it was abundant, with a lot of options.
A good place to go with friends or couples at a very reasonable rate.

Someone came into my room at 2:00 am--didn't take anything or bother me--but the door closing is what awakened me. It made me notice that there are not security locks or bars on the doors something that I will take more seriously in the future. Though I like this hotel for a lot of reasons, this issue makes it impossible for me to ever stay here again.

This hotel is less than a year old. I was told it had opened August, 2010. The location could not be beat. The rooms are huge and all the beds are extremely comfortable (I tried three different rooms). The breakfast menu, which is included in the room rate is outstanding, providing both continental and local varieties. One cup of coffee or café con leche is included, but if you want another cup, you need to pay for it.
All the floors are tiles; clean and well-maintained in spite of the tremendous humidity.
Rooms have plasmas or LCD´s and great air conditining units. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by bars, discos and restaurants. A couple of times, I heard loud laughter in the middle of the nights and people haviing TOO much fun. I immediately called the reception and it was addressed immediately. The staff could not be nicer. A couple of things would make this hotel a three star property: Mini bars, room refrigerators, access to ice and room service. Besides that, if you want a centrally-located, large, clean room in Panama in the Bella Vista area, you can´t beat the price. I´m fluent in Spanish, so I did not have a problem communicating. Not sure if there is any bilingual staff, but their pleasant attitude and willingness to help will make you feel right at home. The wireless internet never worked in any of the three rooms in which I stayed.

We were shuffled over to this fleabag dive by a cab driver who apparently thought this was on par with the Hilton. It's been a while since I've seen any hotel that was this nasty. We left 5 minutes after we checked in. I will give them credit, though, they did give us credit for our charges we made when we checked in. IF you were a broke college kid on spring break, $65 per night may be appealing....but thank God those days are over for me.

Bulb in lamp burned out and the in-line switches sparked. No ice at arrival time.. WiFi sporatic. Amenities non-existent. Room was large but spartanly furnished. Lighting poor and no desk to use for a computer or any writing. I rearranged a night stand to improvise and placed it under a dim overhead light.

The worst of it is that my iPhone was stolen from my suitcase. The hotel accepts NO responsibility and the chambermaid denies any involvement.

If you like sleepless nights, hostile staff and non-existent wi-fi connectivity this place is for you. The hotel is located accross the street from an all-night disco and constant high decibel base runs travel throughout the hotel until 4am. Staff attitude ranges from indifferent to overly hostile- Smiles are not allowed here. Claims to have wi-fi but connectivity very erratic. Positively the worst hotel I have found over several decades of travel.

The room was basic but fine - you get what you pay for. The location was good - easy walking to pubs/eating; BUT, ... the staff were totally useless, disinterested, uncommunicative and operating in a world of their own. i suspect that none had ever stayed in a hotel themselves and had received no hospitality training whatsoever. They had no idea of customer service, friendliness or that they were there to assist and welcome. Check in took nearly 30 minutes. Ordering breakfast took 20 minutes before the order was taken and another 30 to provide a bowl of cornflakes! The staff just mooched around doing their own thing.
I would not recommend staying here - it is just too frustrating.
My taxi driver told me that my observation is not unusual and that the staff are purposely selected because they are the cheapest available. It shows!

I literally was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This places is a half star hotel.
Rooms are olddddd, not clean, bathrooms are a nightmare.
Sorry but for the same price or less more you can find better solutions.
People at lobby were very kind, the let me see the room before paying for it, because let me tell you the request payment in advance.
This place looks like an horror movie set.
