Location was perfect, front desk was exceptionally fast and friendly for checking in, checking out and helping me with with printing, transportation service from the PTY airport and back was fast, secure and comfortable, the servers at the restaurants were very attentive, and I was extremely grateful how the front desk personnel called me and arrange to get to me what I left behind in my room. They took really good care of me!!

Please is very good! Pool, spaces are spectcular for families. The personal is not the best. If you ask them for an extra bottle of water they charge you. If you need that they assist you they take too much time to come. Breakfeast its very good pleanty of fruits

I stay at the Mariott hotel Albrook and it was one of the most enjoyable and amazing experiences I've had. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially would like to thank Daniel and Diana for being there for me whenever I needed anything. They made sure that all my travel plans was secued with punctuality, , advised on the best places to visit and also made sure that my experiences was the best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who decides to visit Panama💯

My husband and I stay at this Marriott most of the times we go to Panama City. We are always treated with utmost respect and professionalism. During my recent stay, I forgot some items of considerable value, to include jewelry and cash. I was contacted within a couple of days by the hotel to let me know I had left some items behind. The honesty and the decency to contact me to ensure it was returned was so incredibly thoughtful. This could have easily gone another way and I wouldn’t have had any recourse if the staff had decided to take it for themselves. I cannot thank them all enough for their kindness and their overall customer service.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently connected to the mall! There was an issue with the A/C temperature being too low and the engineering team addressed it immediately. The housekeeping staff, Josselin, found jewelry that was left in our room. The Chief Concierge, Diana, contacted me and my family via email in the USA and assisted coordinating retrieving the jewelry. Thank you Josselin and Diana for your assistance. My family and I look forward to visiting the hotel in the near future.
