My boyfriend and I stayed at Four Points on a shopping trip in Panama (we're addicted to Panama's malls). The hotel is located in a very safe neighbourhood and within walking distance to multicentro mall and a lot of different restaurants. The room had a beautiful view of Panama City skyscrapers (a big thing for us,lol) and had a living...

The hotel is good, they try a lot to provide good service, house keeping was fantastic, but it is not very well organized. I had cancelled My reswrvation and made another one prepaid. They didn't have my cancellation nor my new reservation. I had to show them my emails. As the rate didn't include breakfast, we had to pay for...

Used 7000 SPG points to pay for my one night here, the online rate for the night I stayed was $120+tax. Not a bad value either way. Hotel is located right next to the Panama World Trade Center and about a 5-10 minute walk to Calle Uruguay (with serious nightlife and restaurants!) Also about a 5-10 minute walk to a...

hotel is not so bad (except the humidity smell in the rooms) but what I disliked the most was the poor service from the check-in crew. there are better options in Panama

Ample and quiet rooms with requisite amenities, in a central location and a staff eager to please, all at reasonable prices. Add a good breakfast and lunch buffet, and you've got the basics for a very good stay.

There are two Sheratons in Panama - one at the WTC and one which is Formerly Radisson Royal. This review and hotel location unfortunately has them both combined and both listings are not available. I've stayed at the Marbela for 3 times now and it is fantastic. The recently renovated the restaurant and it's great and included in the DR...

Sometimes I wonder whats the difference between Sheraton and the Four points series, today I still don't know....but this hotel was a nice stay, the room comfortable, sizable for me...provided all of my needs and they had a Casino, nice to know that you can walk in with 60 bucks and walk out in one hour with 350...nice stay... Taxis...

The hotel was very nice. Good location (including very close to mall), room and bed sizes as expected, clean and safe hotel, very friendly staff, decent restaurant, attached casino. The only problem I experienced was a strong musty smell in the room. I understand in this climate, it's difficult to keep down humidity. Also, the hotel has the eco-approach to...

This is a great place for people who visit Panama in business. It's a good deal for the size of the room and it's location. The service is also quite good as staff made sure that we were taken care of and always with a smile. It does need some upgrades but overall, I think it's a place I'd recommend,...

Stayed in this hotel for vacation. It had a good location for walking to restaurants, shopping and viewing the city. Rooms were typical Sheraton and seemed in decent shape. The buffet breakfast was pricy but a great way to sample local food. Staff was helpful and arranged tours.
