Best Western was my choice of hotels to stay for my short visit to th eisland and I didnt regret it one bit. Rooms were impeccably made, toiletries on par, Bed linen clean and beds nicely made, a nice welcome after being on the road all day. This hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a short or long vacation. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. At no time did we feel like we were being imposed upon.

This hotel I have recommended to a friend of mine. I am happy my friend was satisfied. I think the price is good and the area. If you want to save money and still be in the city I believe this place is good for the price. It is very clean They have a friday next door. It is very close by from Albrook and Dorado Mall It is very easy to get an uber or taxi. You can even walks to coffee stores and some restaurant.

An average hotel in Panama city, the cost compare to the US is high. but convenient though! It would be nice if the hotel provides transformation from and to the airport and have local tours to the customers. That kind of services are needed in order to gain more customers.

Really good hotel in the middle of what it looks like Chinatown, a lot of restaurants and good places around, nice pool and breakfast was pretty good too. You get the city experience without it being too loud, you can get some traffic since it is in the middle of everything.

The hotel was good for the price. Centrally located near several restaurants and stores. The room was large and clean. The hotel has a pool area that is very clean. The breakfast is adequate, but not extensive. You could order scrambled eggs and corn cakes. The internet connection was available and free. However it was not dependable for video calls.

Food was great, waitress disappeared after serving the entrees and if you are going to serve a $16.00 drink there should be a price somewhere or told the price by the server, we visit El Jalisco when we go into town, normally I like to spend more on my entree then on one drink, but we will not ever order those over priced under liquored drinks again. As I said the food is always good, service is usually better. No excuse for not saying the price of a *?&$+# $16.00 drink is not excusable, I will drink tea instead.

The hotel is ok small clean , the staff is not very helpful, I had sent them 2 or 3 emails asking for a king size bed , when we arrived they said they never got my emails, and all they had was a queen , the bed is actually a double the rooms are very small , but the bathroom is a nice size, the rooms are clean , no fridge in the room , breakfast was ok ,

Great facelift and services since Best Western has taken over! I would recommend it easily to others. The free breakfast took some getting use too but after figureing out how to fill out the form , everything was good.

Started our group tour here. Nice pool, comfy rooms, good breakfast. Plenty of eateries close by for sampling in the evening. Ice machines on each floor but only worked on ground level. First floor had DIY laundry facilities.
