Rooms: they are fine and clean Location: great Staff: unprofessional and rude If you work in the hospitality industry, especially in a hotel, please expect to meet people who do not speak your language fluently. If those people try to communicate via other means such as apps, hand gestures, or Google translate do not ignore them. A simple smile or attempt to communicate is the best approach.... basic customer service skills. For the manager: if a guest tells you a member of your staff made a mistake or told them they were to receive a service but they did not do not escalate the situation by being defensive. The best approach is to ameliorate the situation.... again, basic customer service. This place would be fine if the staff were professional.

We were looking for a decent four star hotel close to downtown and were happy we chose this one. Friendly and efficient check in and a very spacious, well equipped room. Breakfast was very busy, but really due to the hotel having full occupancy during our stay. Fitness Studio quite basic, but enough for a workout. Pool area very good with lots of shade. Highly recommended!

The view of the sunsets every night was amazing. The complimentary breakfast is my only complaint. They didn't serve bacon, sausages or any non processed meats. My 2nd best part of the stay besides the sunsets, is a 2 mile beautiful open run/walk/bike path right outside the hotel entrance, along the Pacific Ocean

The hotel was good value and mostly well run. It is nicely renovated and the room was confortable and good size. The breakfast included was a nice feature even if the food was generally bland and room temperature. The one negative is the lack of public transport nearby.

I had the pleasure of booking a 3-night stay at this incredible hotel. It was an easy check-in. The staff kind and very helpful. The view from my room on the 16th floor is just what I was looking for. The food, good and the hotel grounds clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel in a great location and beautiful views on the bay side. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Cooked to order egg station, fruit, cereals, breads, meats and juice. My complaints only smoking area is on the curb, and pool closes very early.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Panama City! At the check-Inn Clarence welcomed us very kindly and the room is absolutely great with a mindblowing view. Eventhough this place seems to be old-fashioned from the outside, the interior is fashionable and well equipped. The location ist very good and pretty central at Patilla. We really enjoy our stay and finally the breakfast is fantastic! It's more a Brunch, than a breakfast - with a wide variety of fruits, warm and cold dishes. Perfect stay! Thanks... mui bueno!

The Hotel is renewed and it is very nice and clean, notice there is no noise so you can have a pleasant sleep, it is well located but would have to take a car to restaurant. Comfortable parking space area on same floor of lobby. Breakfast could have been a little better but there was plenty to eat, different areas in and out and notice a bar in the loony. Very good price.

We just came back from our 7 day stay. Its an older hotel but rooms have been updated. Comfortable beds, VERY CLEAN room and Views just amazing worth extra $ to upgrade for water views. Its located just a short walk to great restaurants. Has great buffet breakfast and good size pool.

This hotel may be old, but it does not show it, is very well kept, the rooms have wonderful views, the food is amazing. I will definitely stay here anytime and I recommend it 100%. And there's stores near by that you can walk and see the views.
