This is a nice hotel. They advertise themselves as a "boutique" hotel, which makes sense. We stayed here our first night in Panama, but it doesn't really give that special feel for the country. I liked the place. The people are friendly and spoke excellent English (thank you for that!). But it is a basic place to stay and there...

My 2 friends and I stayed at the Doubletree Hilton 8 days with a group we came with then moved over to here. We preferred the Saba. !! It is small, super clean big rooms and in a great neighborhood. 3 of us shared a room and we loved how big it was, room 305. AC worked fine, nice bathroom,...

Got a king size bed with a king sized shower in the bathroom. Toiletries, coffee and coffee machine included. Even had an ipod-like...

Pros: does have hot water, although takes a while to come on, staff is fairly nice and accomodating, great location! Cons: info online about complimentary breakfast was misleading and then upon getting to the hotel created confusion. Hotel rooms fairly clean but I found some gross hair in the bathroom. All in all, at this price point you can do...

Stayed after arriving in the city, the hotel arranged a taxi for us $30 and the lovely Gabriel was waiting for us at arrivals. We had a 7' foot surfboard with us and he didn't mind fitting it in. The taxi drivers like to tell you cool stuff along the way and Gabriel didn't disappoint even stopping for a photo...

The location is amongst the best in Panama City, easy to go out of town on excursions from this location, their free parking is a huge plus. The rooms were roomy and very clean. Did not experience breakfast as there are a lot of great inexpensive options nearby. Excellent experience overall and good quality for value.

The Saba Hotel is a great place to stay if you're looking to be centrally located in the city. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable and were cleaned daily. Rooms were also equipped with a small refrigerator, cable tv, safe, large shower and wifi worked well. I also enjoyed the convenience of plenty of places nearby to...

I stay at the Saba Hotel anytime I am in Panama City. One the three or four occasions I've stayed with them so far, my experience has been nothing less than enjoyable. If you a business traveler looking for economical, yet comfortable accommodation in Panama, I strongly recommend the Saba. Nearby restaurants are good, and the neighborhood is quiet.

This is a very nice, perfectly located mid class, small hotel. The neighbourhood is very safe, clean and has a lot of food shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars.
