This was hands down my favorite hotel yet. My friend and I travel A LOT! The hotels are either nice with unfriendly staff or have friendly staff yet the hotel is subpar. This hotel is AMAZING. On day 1, we were nicely greeted by the concierge. Franklin was the person who took us to our room. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, personable and all around EXCELLENT!!! Every single day Franklin greeted us and checked on our experience. He gave great advice on where to visit and have some fun! He told us about restaurants, parties, bars, rooftops, etc. Franklin was amazing. He made me feel so welcomed and comfortable!! You will not be disappointed with the hotel or its customer service!! What an amazing time!!

We stayed at this Westin Panama accidentally on our 3 day stopover on our way to the Caipirinha Club Convention in Rio De Janiero. We intended to stay at the Playa Bonita location, but due to some family miscommunication we ended up here. What a fantastic mistake! First of all, the hotel was lovely, not like a resort, but a very nice business hotel. The staff was warm & accommodating; Elias in the bar personally delivered our drinks & lunch after a day of sight seeing to the pool on the roof, which we had entirely to ourselves. He brought it on a fancy room service cart in a full suite, and even unwrapped & presented all of the food despite it being 94 degrees outside. He was amazingly accommodating as was the entire staff. Had a great one night stay. They were very careful to do everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The location is very good, plenty of places to walk around nearby. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. Kudos to all the staff!

Returned from a cruise and spent two days at the Westin. Very clean and modern located in a business district with nice restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent, especially Elizabeth in reception. Airport is 15 minutes away so easy to get to. Highly recommended.

The hotel is pricy but the service was excellent. It’s on the beach with several pools to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location on the beach and close to quality restaurants. It’s a large hotel but clean and high quality.

Clean modern hotel in upscale development. Not too far from the Airport. Some staff spoke/understood English, but some knowledge if Spanish is helpful. Executive Concierge lounge has not opened since Covid closure, but some basic alternatives offered in lobby bar.
