This was our first stay at Villa Palma after many visits to Panama City. Villa Palma is well located and beautifully designed. Excellent service from Joel and Louise. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Villa Palma exceeded our expectations. The location was an easy taxi ride from the airport, and from there, we were treated like friends. Our room was far more spacious than two people needed, so we enjoyed the good life for the time we were there! The rooftop jacuzzi and views made the entire experience even more amazing. Despite what appeared to be a small (or reduced?) staff, our needs were always met, our room was cleaned everyday, and we enjoyed piña coladas in the evening at the bar with our new friend, Teo. There was construction going on all around the hotel, which raised some concerns when we checked in, but we were pleased to see/hear that everything got quiet in the evenings, we were never disturbed by noise. In fact, due to the location (and the curfew, Panama City had a 12:00-4:00am curfew when we were there!), we experienced some wonderfully quiet nights. The hotel is easy and safe walking distance to more cafes and restaurants than you could ever eat and there is shopping and more views all around. We enjoyed our stay so much, we were sad to leave, but hopeful to return :)

Excellent experience with this boutique hotel. Met upon arrival by Edwin, who was very helpful during our entire stay. He was even very occommodating when we needed to schedule a Covid test to return to the US, nurse showed up at the Hotel, we were able to get it taken care of in the comfort of the Hotel, and had results in less than 12hrs. Teo was also very helpful during our stay, took the time to offer suggestions and was very pleasant. Hotel was always very clean and in a perfect location to wander around old town/Casco Viejo. One of our favorite aspects was the rooftop terrace. We spent a good deal of time up there at the end of the day sipping on good local beers, playing chess and enjoying the sights. Thank you Edwin, Teo, housekeeping and the rest of the hotel staff for helping us have such an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended and if I ever come back to Panama, will definitely stay here again.

Very nice Hotel at the end of Casco Viejo. Nice rooms with classical furniture, friendly staff. Good and safe neighborhood to walk around, full of little cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately there was no breakfast available, supposedly due to CoVid.
