Very good business hotel. Comfortable, well designed, spacious and clean rooms. Internet was stable and fast. Only negative in the room was low water pressure in the shower, and the water was not hot enough. However in a Hilton you still don't expect tepid low pressure water. The hotel has slightly odd entry system in that the reception is quite a few floors up....however in return you get fabulous sea views. Breakfast was nice but they are not punctual about the opening time. Overall very good.

Well my experience in the Hilton hotel was amazing,the room was clean and smell good,do to pandemic in the breakfast room we were being served, everyone was very good to me.I can’t forget Francisco he tried so hard to accommodate me with a beautiful room and a terrific view ,he took very good care of me.Rafael before the pandemic he was in the diamond room but it was closed they relocated him i was so happy to see him working at the restaurant/bar he always look out for me.I have been coming to this hotel every year for three years in a row i would recommend it to everyone.

Great central location. Staff was very helpful; rooms were nice and plenty of food choices in the Hotel. We were leaving at 5:00 am the next morning so the staff had a small box breakfast and fresh coffee made for us at departure.

I arrived late on the evening and was greeted by a lovely woman who could not be more helpful. So much so that United had lost my bags but the hotel could not be more helpful. By the time I had got to my room after checking in I had toiletries and everything I may have needed to freshen up. This was lovely. I stayed here for 7 days as this is where the conference was being held. Our room was serviced every day and cleaned very well. The only issue which I had was that my room door hadn’t been closed properly and was left open. I did inform reception but I was told it must have been a mistake and they will inform security. Nothing had been taken, but even so it wasn’t great. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Selection of cold and hot food. The only issue we had was that we went into two lifts and they broke down with us in them. It’s time for them to serviced I think. The other reason as to why it’s 3 and not 5 is due to the dirtiness of the pool. Plastic bags and slime is what the pool was like. The hot tub was far too hot and so hot no one could get into it. The drinks around the pool never arrived so we went to the indoor bar which was great. It is expensive to eat here but remember it is a hotel so you get what you pay for. I won’t be rushing back in a hurry and it definitely is not a 5 star hotel…

This hotel is beautiful and is a great way to spend vacations and business trips. I combined mine and was very happy I did. I would recommend this hotel anytime. What a great experience we had. The food at the all the restaurants were delicious, the pool was clean and enjoyable. The conference rooms were confortable.

I am here for a conference and the woman at the front desk told me the pool opens at 8AM. Went down around 8:15, doors were locked and people were waiting with no explanation. Finally found a cleaning lady who had to pound on the door to get the worker to walk over. Then he said fine we could come in, but no towels and we couldn’t go to one of the areas because he was still sweeping. If the pool opens at 8, they need to have it ready at 8:00AM. He was very rude.

Great location, amenities and customer service. The room was big and very clean, it also had a great space to work. The breakfast was delicious and the room service food was very good. The ladies from the breakfast were amazing and attentive. Jackelly, Genesis and Mafer did an outstanding job and were very friendly. The gentlemen from the pool bar were also amazing and very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Panama City.

Very disappointed. Sad and depressing place. Hotel staff needs to treat everyone with respect and dignity, especially if everyone is paying for the room. Not their skin color determine who get what and not.

Included breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay at Hilton. My cousin and I stayed at Hilton Panama for a week for a business and leisure trip and it was great, the stuff was amazing and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean. All in all, great value for money. Well done!
