Very comfortable and centric place. The staff is great and the food as well. Rooms are ok and the bathroom is spacious. No doubt to recommend this hotel for family or business travel. There is no mat in the floor and for me this is important because other places didn’t clean the mat well. Do not hesitate to choose it for your stay in Panama and you can walk to Multiplaza mall, only 10 min by walk from the hotel.

Every. corner is clean as new. Actually everything feels new. The people part of the stuff is warm and welcoming, they spoil you the most they can. The only advice to the customers is:: at the front desk they offer a tour to San Blass Islands. Before taking that decision, ASK THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOU THERE AND: take a proper read to the reviews of that company here in trip advisor. Then take your decision. Take in mine the offer is not by the hotel is by personal of it. Other than that the hotel is just perfect, the restaurant at any time has good food. The pool quiet and clean. The gym, cleanest of the clean…it’s bathrooms, just the same. definitely is going to be my hotel each time I come back to town. 🛬💫✅♥️🇵🇦

The hotel is located a distance from central Panama City. If you like more quiet, away from the busy center city than this is a great hotel. You would need to take an Uber to get to the center. We stayed here the week before Easter weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the daily breakfast is excellent. We asked our concierge, Rafael, to recommend a local Panamanian restaurant and he gave us a fabulous place! We went twice during our stay. The hotel's waiter, Alberto, was also an amazing employee. He gave us great places to see and eat. These two employees went way beyond their duties and made our vacation all that much more special. We highly recommend this hotel. I only had one concern and it was the airport shuttle. We requested one and we could not find the person when we arrived at the airport. I tried to call the number listed on the website and did not work. We immediately told the concierge when we arrived that we could not find the driver. At checkout, they were going to charge us for the ride, even though we did not use it. Fortunately, they removed the shuttle service fee. …

The restaurant and front desk staff were beyond helpful. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. All went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We used the gym every morning and the rooms were spacious, light, and welcoming. One morning we had an issue with our shower leaking onto the ceiling and it was fixed before we got back from our daily adventure. The staff was definitely attentive. And the food regardless of which meal was tasty. A sizable breakfast buffet is included with the affordable nightly rate. The hotel is located a five min Uber ride from casco Viejo and other well known sites. We would stay here again.

From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. A small glitch with the room safe was fixed with minutes. The hotel is very clean. The outdoor pool was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was included with our reservation. It was very good; lots of choices and fresh foods. We highly recommend staying here as we did before our cruise.

The visit started right: My plane was way early, so I sat in the lobby; the desk clerk later brought my room key to me. I love hotel breakfasts that don't have only typical US eggs, etc... this one had that but also had platanos fritos, rice and beans, and more. It was all delicious. The problems were in my room. The most irritating were three notices (see photos) warning me that I'd be charged for various things -- for instance, bringing a towel from the pool to my room or taking the iron home with me. (I expect that at a cheap hotel, not at one of the top hotels in Panama City.) The tall window had a crack from top to bottom, which made me nervous that the high wind during the thunderstorm might break it... probably not, but even an obvious patch would have been better than (apparently) nothing.…

Our room was large, bright, modern and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and big bathroom. Great location with an easy walk to the mall. Courteous staff. The desk clerk called a taxi for us that arrived in one minute. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (something we never do). The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. Really nice free breakfast buffet with both english and spanish style food. I definitely recommend.

My husband & I took a Panama Canal cruise on 1-27 but flew into PC a day early. We stayed here & the hotel was beautiful. Very clean, great staff, super comfy bed. VERY safe area! Great b-fast buffet.
