My waitress was excellent (desireth and manager emmunel ). Very happy with the service the overall Appearance was outstanding. Love the casino but overall outstanding. I would come back for sure. Price very fare and affordable

Pool @ sortis. Was able to get my own little cabana. Food was great and drinks were strong. Maria Elvis was attentive and made sure I had everything that I needed, and even brought the table over so that I could enjoy drinks in the pool. Will return

Good value for the price. I enjoyed their bingo area and bar area mainly. The hotel has an 24 hour restaurant that serves buffet or table settings. The food was decent but could use some extra effort to make the food better. There is plenty of armed security throughout the hotel and grounds.

I have used this hotel over 10 times and will be back again. I think is one of the best accessible options in Panamá. Good service in every aspect but still room for improvement. Pool hours need to be changed. It closes too early

Nice modern rooms. Friendly staff. Less English speaking than other places I’ve been. (Learning Spanish is part of the fun though). Pool staff and servers very friendly. Although , as I’ve leaned in Panama there is a certain slower “Panamanian Pace” that is generally adhered to everywhere here. The hotel is a bit of a resort with a casino and multiple restaurants etc. We couldn’t find a lot to do though close to the hotel. (Uber is inexpensive and there’s plenty to see around town).

We stayed at Sortis hotel for our visit to Panama and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has good amenities and everything you would need. Great pool and service particularly from Maria Elena who was our server for most of the weekend and took amazing care of us throughout our stay. The food and drinks were great and I’m so glad we picked this as our hotel.
