We spent the night here before we flew home, location is good, shuttle runs at the top of each hour during the day, which is so-so. It should run every thirty minutes really! Food service in the restaurant was so very very very slow & inefficient...maybe because a wedding was going on? One lady was doing all the work & she just really couldn't cover it all herself. There were other staffers (younger kids) and they were doing some, but definitely not their share! Rooms were ok- they've definitely seen some wear- but they did a great job getting us into a quiet room at the end of the hall & away from any noise, so we slept well...except for the construction quality, even on the 5th floor we could hear a rolling cart down on the ground level through the window & over the noisy air conditioner! Ask for a room that doesn't face the freeway :-)…

The restaurant was awful . We waited more than 20 min for somebody to take our order. We order a lentils soup but we could never find the lentils .everything took a very long time . We waited for the check and again more than 20 min . One of my friends never got his order .Unacceptable

Great for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. The hotel shuttle conveniently runs every hour... get there early because it gets packed. The front desk agents were so welcoming and accommodating. The bartender was excellent. We ate at the restaurant and ordered from the menu. We were all delighted. Hats off the the chef! The food was very tasty and plated beautifully. It was definitely not the regular chain hotel restaurant fare. Being so close to the airport, we never heard any plane noises. The pool area is really nice. The only depressing part is the décor of the room. True to the internet pictures.....browns and white with a wall picture to add the splash of color. After enjoying in such a lively and beautiful country, I guess we need that muted and boring last night to slap us back into reality :). …

The worker Esias was the most pious and racist person I have come in contact with in this beautiful country. He refused to serve water. Appetizer was late and burned. Grilled salmon was raw. The supervisor blamed the bar tender and tried to make us pay for food we couldn't eat. This was because we didn't want to eat from a buffet with people from all over the world digging in. Low caliber service. I will never visit or recommend to Black or dark brown people. I have never written such things and did not expect it here. Shame on Esias.

Very comfortable hotel with free shuttle service to the airport at the top of the hour. My sister and I had an 11 hour layover in Panama and arrived very early. We got a day room, which was available starting at 8 a.m. and included breakfast. It was a perfect way to get out of the airport, have a decent meal, rest and prepare for our next leg. The hotel was clean and the staff very efficient. I highly recommend it should you need an airport hotel in Panama.

I had a reservation with Crowne Plaza for me and family of six. Everything was discussed up until the day before with the people from the hotel. Except that when I got there, there was no room for my reservation. Same for about 8 other people. I don't see the point of taking reservations if they are not going to honor it.

The food was sub par as I ate the buffet 2 nights in a row and the food was not warm and lacked taste. The room was clean but old. If you are staying for and over night connecting flight then it’s fine. Otherwise I would say stay closer to the city. Not mush there.

Very good stay. We stayed for two nights. Great location if you have to fly out of Tocumen. The shuttle service is great. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Marlenys in the restaurant was very helpful. The pool is nice. I ate at he restaurant and the food was very good. One night they had a buffet and another we ordered from the menu. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is wonderful. The fact that it is so close to the airport is a huge plus. The hotel was a shuttle service that operates 24/7, every hour on the hour. If you're needing overnight accommodations with connecting flights, this is the best place to stay in town. Rooms are spacious and clean, and surprisingly don't hear any airplanes flying over. Overall a great value.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff are all friendly, the food is excellent and service is great. The rooms are clean and the pool is well maintained. Will definitely stay here again! It is affordable. My husband and I are retired and stayed here prior to the cruise. It was comfortable for us and we felt right at home in Panama! Transportation easy. They have a shuttle bus back and forth to the airport. It did take a little while for the bus to come by and pick us up, but that is to be expected as there is only one bus and they pick up all travelers staying in their hotel. There were maybe 6 people on the bus with us. Very worth it to wait.
