The hotel is located in a central area extremely accessible, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are only a few feet away. There is a bar/ club on the rooftop, however, unlike the other guests, the music was not loud enough to disrupt my slumber. My room was kept clean, the water was hot, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I speak a little Spanish, which goes a long way here as most of the non front desk staff do not speak English. The only complaint I have was never receiving face towels, despite requesting them several times. I donā€™t know what it is, but I could not get one, no matter who I asked, and who promised to bring or have one sent to our room. A little weird, but overall the stay was comfortable. Also, key cards had to be reactivated every day, which was a little annoying. Good hotel and excellent stay for the price. Breakfast is included which is a plus.

Nice hotel rooms. I didn't experience any noise in my room likes others mentioned but I was on the 8th floor (about half way between the bar on the ground floor and the rooftop bar). The gym was pretty poor but ok for a quick workout.
Fairly good location with a supermarket and loads of shops in one direction, and a few bars and restaurants in the other direction.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff, Nelly, Joel and the whole gang were amazingly friendly. That was the best part of our stay....the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone. The coffee machine ...Oh my! Cappuccino, Latte...any type of gourmet coffee, that machine delivered! The room we stayed in was a simple king, the bed could have been softer, but, wasn't bad. The location was perfect and close to everything. We would stay here again.

This hotel is being used for quarantine.

Having arrived from South America to panama with a negative Covid test prior the the flight and after a 3 hour wait at the airport for another pcr test upon arrival (again negative) we were held in the customs area for 1 hr the arrival area for 1 hr and then finally escorted by full military guard from the arrival area to the hotel where we waited in the bus for 1 hr and instructions and checkin took another 1 hr. So thatā€™s 7 hours total; we arrived at 4pm got into the room around 11pm.

Arriving in the room there was a moldy musty smell as one finds in humid climates where the air conditioning is not sufficient. The bed had a sheet on it and that was it NO BLANKETS and no towels. They forgot the towels which took another 1 hr for them to bring to our room.

After getting the towels it was time for a shower after a long travel day and lots of waiting around. Guess what more waiting came as you turn the shower on and wait for the hot water to come. Your wait is vain as you wonā€™t be getting any hot water. Yes a hotel which says it is a 4 star has NO HOT WATER!

There is a specific sign on the wall that states the food being served does not come from the hotel. The food is somewhat edible. Think of it as the worst economy class meal you have ever had and take a few more points off.

The entire quarantine process was just slightly better than unbearable; this is a review of the hotel not the process. No hot water and basic rooms billed as four star. Whether your there bc of quarantine or you are visiting panama check first to make sure you can get a blanket and some hot water or else stay far far away from this place.

Room is clean "double beds" are kinda narrow. There is a Nespresso machine but no pods. Asked front desk, they are "switching over" the front desk guy got me coffee from the restaurant which then charged me for it. Just inconsistent behavior from staff. Saw the nightclub but it didn't bother us.

Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest.

Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards.

1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk.

2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain.

3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space.

4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured).

so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

Nice and convenient hotel in downtown Panama City. Walking distance to the Rey supermarket and Via Argentina with a great selection of restaurants. Hotel is clean, not fancy but has everything you need. Airport shuttle available with a fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stuff but the hotel service has to improve.
People there were friendly and helpful but there as space to improve for the hotel.

The buffet was just ok, thereā€™s not room service, not great view from the terrazas, not a bottle of water as a courtesy like others hotels (needed specially in a hot city as Panama).

This Hotel is centrally located. The rooms are amazing and the neighborhood is very safe.
I would recommend this hotel when visiting Panama. I walked around the area and never felt at risk. It is close to restaurants and other hotels and a financial district.

Good hotel room in a safe part of town. Good amenities. Check in was smooth and reception kept our bags after checking out before our flight.

The only issue was the hallway to our room had a weird smell but other than that no issues.

Recommend for the price I paid
