Nice view, comfort rooms, good looking, easy to move in the city, near are some highways, Uber is easy and cheap, you can also walk on the coast border (there is no beach) but you can walk anyway. Nice staff at the hotel, breakfast is so good too

Outstandingly warm staff all around; nice, meticulously clean and confortable rooms (good AC, good Wifi); the restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet (you have to try their omelettes) plus an interesting menu for lunch and dinner, there is also the Cafe San Barcelo for a light snack and excellent coffees; strategic location for business (very close to the banking sector -Calle 50- and Costa del Este is not far at all) and for shopping (Multi-Centro right around the corner and Multi-Plaza and Soho malls are very close by), cannot wait to go back!

Lack of amenities that are standard in 2 and 3 star hotels. Getting towels is a daily request. Perhaps they got rid of the towels when they were used as a Covid 19 hotel but it is no excuse. No pen or paper in room had to go to lobby to request…got it but the ladies behind the desk were not very pleased. And in my case there was not a language barrier! No place to wait for guests in the PB. We left here and went to the Sheraton a five star hotel for less than we paid here. What a welcome difference!

The hotel was nice, super convenient to everything we needed. The workout room had excellent equipment. The pool was nice (but it indoors). Location makes it a quick (and cheap) Uber or walk to every place we wanted to go. I'd happily stay again.

I believe that the structure and amenities are in a very ruff shape, the location of the property is magnificent but the interior is not very nice anymore. also, the check-in process is kind of slow, and the room availability is questionable due to the fact that they gave me a room and a key for an occupied one, sorry but very bad.

Second time in Panama in 3 months and i wanted to try this hotel due to reviews on its site. It didn't disappoint. Very clean rooms , good pool. The only thing breakfast was not as good as in other hotel we stayed in. It was very basic but other than that gret place to stay with great city views.

This hotel had a special Black Friday offer which I took and booked a room. They confirmed the booking, but the next day they changed their mind and tried to make me pay 6 times more. It was a scam to draw customers in and then renegotiate prices. Very unprofessional and lamentable, after all they pretend to be a top class class.
