Detailed Reviews
Tour was fine and easy to organize with the hostel. Shuttle departs at 5am was said, however eventually I had to wait one hour until the shuttle eventually came. Guess this is just how it goes. The island is beautiful, people are not friendly, guess it’s just their culture, all fine. The food provided is horrible! I recommend bringing your own if you want fruits and vegetables, something sweet or water. All is super expensive and the offer is limited, just to keep that in mind. What was really shocking though is the way they treat their animals/dogs - therefore, I encourage everyone visiting, please bring dog food with you and just feed the starving dogs on the Islands. They don’t mean anything to the locals and are worth less to them than a book - have this example from talking to them in my desperate attend to save a starving puppy. They literally just watch them die and are happy to be rid of them. Please return something to nature and the living beings while enjoying the beauty of the island and feed the dogs and cats, don’t watch them die like the locals do. With the amount of tourists coming there is no reason on earth they have to die. All you have to do is have a walk around, the island and say hi to the locals, you can pass by their lodges and you will find all the poor dog souls being so hungry and grateful for every bit they get. As they are so weak the don’t walk around the island and really need you to come. The locals are fine with you passing by, they are interested in seeing people and show you all kinds of things like crabs and fresh calamari and even enjoyed watching me feed all the puppies and dogs. Pass on the task to every new tourist arriving to the island. If you did not bring food you can buy some meat and fish in cans on the island. Together we can decrease this suffering.

This place is nicely located for the subway as well as for the seashore. At the same time, there is a ton of different eateries just 5 mins from there. The place itself has a chill garden and relax spot. The breakfast is soo tasty!

A great value for money!! Center location of the city.
We had the tour to San Blas islands with them and it all went well and right on schedule. The stuff was very nice and gave us a lot of recommendations for our road trip through Panama 🤩

This place is a dump. The "mini-room" behind the pool is a shed that stank horribly of roach spray. No shower so you walk nude through the place to use the shared one upstairs in a different building.
Breakfast is pancakes, fruit and awful coffee with powered creamer. Bring your own.
Booked 2 nights but I really want to leave early. They promised a better room upstairs tonight.
The open area stinks of acrid smoke from a fire somewhere. Not sure about using the kitchen.
Mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly if you move. Somebody else must have worn it out.
A girl was seen falling down drunk at 9am on a Sunday, while someone else was swigging from a vodka bottle. Trying to forget their bad night?
Moving on to a decent airbnb after this.

The disgusting hostel that I was in life! Dirty, small beds, there is no dent in the room, the kitchen is falling apart, the owner is cheap on air conditioning, the outdoor pool looks worse than a puddle of rain, and the worst are the owners who are repulsive, unsupervised and looking for only your brother to take more money! You'll pay $ 5 for luggage! Do not wait there !!

The dorm is shared between 18 People and doesn't have any windows. The two bathrooms available get dirty very fast with this amount of people.
Furthermore the atmosphere between staff and guests is not welcoming.
