Well, we will start with the owner and his wife. Both are outright rude and disrespectful, bilingually. Petty as well. The exterior of the hotel is deceptively tidy and welcoming. I only stayed in a room with the kitchenette, 241. When i walk in there was a smell. I air the room out but it doesnt leave. Only replaced with...

I booked this sight unseen with booking.com and on the website it said that my card would not be charged but was just used to hold the room. I drove the half hour to the hotel and I was basically driving through the hood. Very unsavory types on the streets. Hoodlums, criminal looking type characters. I see cop cars racing...

This is possibly the worst hotel we have ever been in. It looks so neat and clean from the outside. We booked 4 nights, checked in, saw and smelled the room and informed the office we would be leaving the following day. The office is a prime example of what you get in the room, old beat up and a...

I booked one night at this location in the jacuzzi suite to try out the property before making a long-term reservation. I joined the chain's Value Club to ensure the best rate and level of customer service before making my booking. The property is very quaint with nice landscaping, but is noticeably run down. The jacuzzi was gorgeous and unique...

So filthy Pigpen would be offended! Blood on the toilet seat, hair in the tub, brown body streaks uncleaned on the shower curtain and stains of I-don't-want-to-know on the comforter accent the run down nature of this hotel. Had to ask for cleaning supplies and then clean it MYSELF before I dared touch anything. Property has potential, with a lovely...

I have been staying here on many different occasion, working at the plant for different years. Yet this week we had to return to the plant for another week of work, so coming for only a week my niece and her newborn daughter came. Now everybody knows that people make mistakes, and newborn spits a lot. My newborn niece threw...

Room was actually okay. Still quite a bit run down. Shower pressure was decent. And free wifi. Was getting about 5 Mbps downloads/uploads. The service was terrible though. I checked in around 10pm (which is kind of late I guess) but it took forever even though I booked my room online. When I'm used to quick, stellar service from super...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet and restful, good nights sleep. Close to restaurants and downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Highly recommend for the value and convenience.

This hotel is a good value. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Laundry room could use an update. We had a room with a full bed and kitchen. As we were there for business for a few months it was nice cause it felt more like a studio apt than a hotel room because the kitchen and...

In a nutshell, probably the best place you'll find around here for the price. The front desk is behind a plexiglas window, which was not terribly encouraging at first. It seemed like basically every motel in the area had that. It may be because the management lives in the motel. The area is not nice, but I didn't have any...
