Chez Amis was our first experience at staying at a B & B. The owners were extremely friendly and the place was very clean and cozy. It was also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants so there was no worry about trying to find parking. As an added bonus, they offer a discount on the parking garage which...

We just wanted a day away, romantic, quiet and warm. The owners were wonderful and very hospitable, very clean and perfectly outfitted with everything you need. Although we slept most of our visit (apparently we needed it) there is plenty of choices for food and drink just a short walk away. Recommend this Stay 100%

The accommodations were surprisingly roomy and extremely comfortable. We stayed in the Law Library Room. It's especially nice to have your own bathroom in a B&B. Elly and Joe make you feel right at home inviting you in and allowing open access to the living room, kitchen and fridge which were always stocked with assorted refreshments and homemade snacks. And...

We had a wonderful experience in Annapolis thanks to Ellie and Chez Amis!!! The B&B is in a prime location in downtown Annapolis. It is so easy to walk about and see all the sites. Ellie does an amazing job with breakfast and making you feel comfortable. She was helpful to the point of making dinner reservations during our stay....

Chez Amis was a lovely, well run, comfortable, clean B and B in a great location for seeing Annapolis. Elly and Joe were the perfect hosts- friendly and available but giving us plenty of space too. They had great suggestions for places to go and even coupons for some of them (like the water taxi). Our room (the Law Library)...

We stayed for two nights in the Annapolis Room. Elly and Joe were very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing and it gave us a nice opportunity to meet the other couples staying at the B&B. It's in a fantastic location - walkable to everything. We thought it was very sweet that Elly and Joe gave us...

Overall, it was a very nice B&B. The lobby and kitchen wer spacious, as well as the room we stayed in, the Law Room. Very clean and organized. Th Inn Keeper, Elly was VERY nice and was very accomodating and attentive to our needs (e.g. finding our way around, good restaruants, bars, tours etc).

Our first trip to Annapolis and our first B&B stay. We picked a winner! Location was perfect -a quiet street yet only three blocks to everything! We chose the king room on the first floor; although you could hear people coming and going, we preferred the solitude of the first floor. The service was tremendous; the owners are very personable....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
"Chez Amis" in French means "Among Friends". Come share a day, weekend or week with us and enjoy the state capitol of Maryland and all it has to offer. Our 4 bedroom Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of historic Annapolis, Maryland and is nearby the State Capitol, St. John's College, the waterfront, city dock, the Naval Academy, antique shops and fabulous dining and entertainment places all within walking distance.Find comfort and old fashioned relaxation at Chez Amis. Since each guest room has a private TV, the French country styled common area is designed for reading, conversation, and playing many games of your choice. Bananagrams and scrabble seem to be our guests’ favorite. Refreshments and homemade cookies are available throughout your stay so we understand if you ‘sneak downstairs’ for just one last cookie. The dining area is a wonderful piece of carpentry that was built by the previous inn owner. It comfortably fits our guests but we also offer supplemental seating if you choose a more intimate table. ... more   less
