All of the staff was super helpful, friendly and caring during my 7 day stay. Eliana, Ryan were especially kind. I could not have picked a better place to stay before surgery and during recovery. A nice gentleman in housekeeping helped me with luggage since I was unable to lift anything.

This stay was awesome and definitely coming back soon! I had an awesome time and loved being able to relax away from work. Coming from NY, our drive was pretty long, so having a place to relax was absolutely necessary. Annapolis is a beautiful backdrop to this hotel as well.

It wasn’t all bad. I was there for a conference and the rooms we used were nice. We were served breakfast, lunch and dinner which was also nice. My only issue was my room. Dirty and not double checked by the staff. There was trash on the floor and hair in the sink. When I requested to be cleaned up, I had to ask for that twice. Not good!

This is a prime location for dining and being close to downtown Annapolis and the highway but this location is in dire need of repairs beyond the lobby areas. When you first walk in it’s very pretty the foyer area where the fireplace is beautiful and the outdoor patio is as well. The restaurant was cozy but that’s where the charm ends. The walls are thin and the rooms and hallways need some love. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and there’s was less than 10 people in there and it was not due to Covid. Not sure if I would stay here again.
