We cant think of one complaint. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was great, and Miguel was awesome. For being an old house it was like we were the only ones staying there. Super quiet and romantic. Not to mention its 1 block from everything ! We stayed in the cathedral room on the top...

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding with our families and staying at the Academy Bed and Breakfast just made it even more special. We reserved the entire house and the ten of us had more than enough space in this huge historic home. It was great to have everyone under the same roof with each having our own...

We decided to do a last minute overnight in Annapolis for the 4th of July and lucked out that someone had just cancelled. We got the top floor bedroom which was cool, comfortable and clean. Plus there was a very large bathroom with a hot tub and steam shower. The walk to the waterfront and main part of town was...

We didn't pay full price for our suite (cathedral view), so we had a lovely time there for the price. It has some very nice features, jacuzzi, steam, rain shower that we loved. It's a very cute B&B and located so close to everything downtown. Staff was friendly, breakfast yummy, room clean and bed comfortable. Unfortunately it's location makes it...

We used a Groupon to stay here for a family wedding. The price was better than all the hotels we were offered through the wedding party. We took 3 of the rooms and enjoyed our stay. Miguel totally was the reason we loved it! He was kind and made us feel so welcome. We loved his breakfasts. The fresh fruit,...

My wife and I received a Groupon from our daughters for a stay at the Academy Bedand Breakfast. The B&B is located near the Naval Academy and local shopping and restaurants. We met the owner and he was very friendly, and knowledgable about the area, making recommendations regarding dining and touring opportunities. He also gave us a rundown of the...

“We stayed in the Academy Room on the 2nd floor, which is in the front of the house facing the street. On Fri/Sat nights, there's alot of street noise from passing cars & people walking to & from downtown. If you're noise or light sensitive, think about the Garden Room at the back of the house.”
