We recently stayed at 30 Maryland, which has become our go-to place to stay while visiting Annapolis. The location is key - downtown, the Navy/Marine Corps Stadium, Gates #1 and #3 are all within walking distance. The house is beautiful and well maintained, breakfast was terrific, rooms, bed, bathroom are comfortable, and the owners, Rick & Beth are very hospitable.... More

We stayed here in July and the house is just beautiful, plus the king sized bed in our suite was beyond comfy. Very romantic, close walk to everything Annapolis and much better amenities than any big hotel.

We were very impressed with the service, decor and location of the Inn at 30 Maryland. They left us a nice note to welcome us when we arrived, they had even upgraded us to a bigger room because it was available. While the breakfast was only a continental breakfast, it was quite sufficient, the coffee delicious, and the fruit fresh!... More

My wife and I just spent a night at the Inn at 30 Maryland for our wedding anniversary, and had a wonderful experience. We were even upgraded to the best room in the house! The bed, the decor, and the back porch were outstanding. And the breakfast and snack amenities were great as well. The owner was very helpful and... More

Our family (grandparents, parents, and children) descended on Annapolis last weekend and counted ourselves lucky to get rooms in the Inn at 30. Beth and Rick made us feel at home right away, the rooms were very comfortable (they passed the hyper-critical teenage daughter test) and the location could not have been better. We will definitely be back!

Just got back from another great getaway in Annapolis. Our favorite B&B is the Inn at 30 Maryland. Three important things to us when we travel are location, comfort and cleanliness. The Inn at 30 Maryland is tops in all 3 categories. The location is amazing! We are just an easy walk to the harbor, Naval Academy and State House.... More

I visited Annapolis for a girls weekend to see America in concert at the Rams Head. We had many issues with the inn, some of which included NO parking, no tub in room, extremely small bathroom, room charge was greater than advertised, toilet didn't work initially, party in room next door 'til 3:30 am (which the inn keeper stated he... I stayed for a "girls" weekend in Annapolis and 30 Maryland was the perfect place. The hosts were super accommodating, the rooms were clean and large, and it was really convenient to walking downtown. It was my first time in a B&B and I loved it!

Just returned back from a wonderful stay at The Inn at 30 on Maryland St. Perfect location for shopping, walking and taking in the boutiques and restaurants. Waterfront is less than 5 blocks away (which goes by fast since we were admiring all the quaint home sites, the Capital, St Johns and the Naval Academy). Definitely will return again!! Thanks... My husband and I chose The Inn at 30 Maryland for our first wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom featured an enormous tub that looked nice for a long soak. Our hosts were lovely; they were happy to help with any questions and they left...
