Everything about the Brass Lantern was all you could ask for. Lisa and staff outstanding. Room was great with very good breakfast. Home made muffins, fresh fruit with yogurt. Did I mention fresh baked cookies every afternoon! Lisa great from making reservation, tips where to eat and directions for bike ride.

The Brass Lantern Inn was perfect--we travelled with a seven-month-old baby, and the family suite made things comfortable and convenient. Even before our arrival, the staff provided information and suggestions to facilitate our stay. Everyone was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Lisa for all her help..

Thank you for your excellent review and I am pleased that your stay was a success! It is Lisa's nature to go 'above and beyond' to care for our guests with information and suggestions starting with the first phone call and throughout their stay at the Brass Lantern - thank you for making special mention of that.

A nice guest house, walkable from the ferry. (Not really an "inn," with bar, library, dining room, outdoor space, etc.) Clean, relaxed atmo, with an outstanding continental breakfast!! Really good coffee, granola, fruits, yogurt, etc. I was there during a cold and rainy spring weekend, and my room was cozy.

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay - despite the weather. Sorry that prevented you from enjoying our Garden for relaxing or the Patio for breakfast al fresco. These spaces are well used in nicer weather - perhaps on another visit?

We don't know where to begin to tell everyone how wonderful our recent stay was at the Brass Lantern Inn! Five of us stayed, along with three dogs, and we couldn't have asked for a better time on the island because of our wonderful accommodations. The innkeeper Lisa provided personal service to us and kind attention to our animals, and...

The Brass Lantern is a home amidst cobblestone streets, quaint restaurants, and friendly guests and staff. We slept in peace and woke to the sun rising to shine through the windows of the Campanula Room. Step out and you are one block from Main Street Nantucket. It brings the rest of thinking you are a hundred and fifty years ago...
