What is there not to like about the Brass Lantern? It is conveniently located near the ferry wharf and attractions such as the Whaling Museum. Our room (Wisteria) was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast "buffet" was more than sufficient, and the baked goodies were DELICIOUS! We especially appreciated being able to have coffee and the desserts at night, a perfect... More

Beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return! This lovely Inn was walking distance to the main streets. It was clean and beautifully decorated with a beach flair. The owner and staff were very accommodating & helpful, the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We love Nantucket & The Brass Lantern... More

Loved Brass Lantern Inn The only problem was they had already removed the window air conditioners and it was extremely warm!! I asked for a fan and they brought me one but the other room was on second floor and they didn't sleep because it was so hot 😳😬!! Maybe they should consider removing air conditioners at a later date!!!

It seems like there is never a ''good' time to take air conditioners out! This year, several very cold nights in early October, prompted us to remove the AC's so the rooms would remain warm for our guests. Then, an unexpected and unseasonably warm period ensued - so sorry that this affected your stay. Despite this discomfort - I am... More

We stayed there as a couple in spring of 2014. This b&b is decorated with a lot of taste and the cozy atmosphere (with many interesting details that add to it) make it a real gem. The location is superb, however the room was so polished, light and airy, with birds singing outside the window, that staying indoors for the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights this past week and found it to be charming! Our room was good sized and though the bathroom was small it contributed to the charm of staying in a bed and breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffees and also liked that coffee and... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Brass Lantern during Columbus Day Weekend. Everything about the stay was enjoyable. + The staff are helpful. The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable.
