I loved everything about my one night stay at 21 Broad. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for downtown exploration. Healthy breakfast is included. If you like big hearty breakfasts, go out.

The decor is great. Modern. Fresh. Clean. Dare I say... immaculate? This looks like it has been newly renovated. Gorgeous building. We were walking around one day and not paying attention and saw this lovely building and my wife remarked how attractive it was and we stood across the street and discussed all the wonderful details. Later we realized we...

We love to hear how much you appreciated our hotel's decor, as well as the pleasant interactions you had with the helpful staff. It's great that you enjoyed the breakfasts with amazing baked goods, the great linens and huge bathroom, as well as our hotel's great location. We do recognize the light music being played outside, although, have yet to...

We chose 21 Broad based on the pictures and information found on the website. We could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and just a delight. The staff is fantastic and the location is in the center of it all. We took advantage of the adirondack rocking chairs on the porch and sipping champagne...

This quaint hotel is right in the middle of everything that is Nantucket. Amenities are wonderful, with a daily happy hour, a beautiful outside patio, and nice front porch. Every little touch necessity has been thought of. Could not be happier with the selection.

We found this boutique hotel on the Hotel Tonight App. A short walk from the ferry landing and in the heart of town. It's a converted old house, great décor in the lobby & rooms. Lot's of white, yellow & blue. Britney (?) that was working the front desk most of the time was so pleasant and helpful. I LOVED...

We were planning on spending just the day in Nantucket this past weekend. A nasty storm descended on the island and the ferry service to the mainland was suspended at least until the next morning. We had no place reserved for the night, since we did not plan on spending the night. It was a holiday weekend and there were...

My husband and I just love this bed and breakfast with a contemporary flair! We spent our afternoons reading on rocking chairs on the front porch and our happy hours and evenings at bars and restaurants in close proximity. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back!

A short walk from the ferry. We stayed three nights, three rooms. Two rooms were small and we were offered upgrades. One couple accepted. Good continental breakfast. Nice front porch. Good sized deck in back.

We traveled to Nantucket to visit some friends and stayed at 21 Broad. It was wonderful. The hotel was very well designed, from the lobby to the deck to the rooms. It felt very new. The beds were comfy and the free breakfast was great too. You are literally right in town so it is very convenient to many shops...
