We had to stay here 3 nights, since we were part of a group. But in my opinion that was 3 nights too long. The location of the hotel is fine, it's located in the city center and all sights are within walking distance. However, the hotel itself is situated in an old monastery, and when entering looks quite nice....

I stayed here with a large group for a missions trip. It is a beautiful hotel in a great area. It has a beautiful courtyard in the center with lots of plants, very tranquil. It also has a roof access that you can get some gorgeous views of Antigua, and the volcanoes nearby. It has shopping right outside of the...

Nice staff, very spacious rooms, WiFi functions well, secure place. The only disadvantage is, that there is no daylight in the rooms, and you can hear your neighbours, because the walls are very thin. Otherwise it is a very convenient place, if you visiit the city.

Our mission team stays here the last leg of our trip. After a week doing mission work in the Quiche area we spend one day in Antigua, which is a wonderful treat. I love Antigua, it is one of my favorite places to visit. Sadly I can't say the same about this hotel, I don't mind spending one night here,...

Our mission team stayed here again, and we had very good treatment. Our room was nice & neat, clean, except it smelled very musty. We needed downstairs due to health, and were accommodated easily. Our windows opened up to the beautiful courtyard, and the sound of the fountain was relaxing. It rained every night, and the sound of the thunder...

I traveled with the missions team to stay in this hotel my last night in Guatemala. I checked into my room and saw bugs by the light. I figured if I shut off the light and try to get some sleep that they might go away. I was dead wrong they all started coming on to me and then bugs...

Our mission team stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean, the restaurant was good :) Everyone was very nice. They kept our room keys for us , while we went shopping. The vendors were allowed to sell just outside the front lobby, for those who didn't or couldn't go far. The court yards were beautiful and the rain...

The room smelled nice, the bed was very comfortable and big. The fountains can be heard from the room and were very relaxing. They breakfast was good and the personnel treated us great. It has a private but small parking lot that comes in very handy when the spaces on the streets ran out.

In 2 words: EXCELENT HOTEL! I based my review on 5 stuffs: 1. The personnel is great and kind! 2. The breakfast is amazing, you can have a delicious guatemalan buffet with eggs, beans, sausage and plantains. For dessert you can have fresh fruit with yogurt. With fresh variety of juices. Yum! 3. The room I took with my hubby...

My title states that, because we booked and payed through hotels.com at a 50% discount. We stayed here with my girlfriend on our recent trip to Antigua Guatemala. We did our reservations for a Single king size bed and they gave us a two bed bedroom. When i asked why was that they told me that they didn't have any...
