I had a great time in this hostel. I’m a solo female traveller and I felt comfortable and was able to meet people and have fun. Tara at the bar was helpful and friendly. Staff were helpful in planning your next steps and food is cheap and good!

Heya stay of my trip! Perfect amount of chill during the day. Amazing crowd during the night. Antigua is the best city so far if my two month journey. Breakfast here in unbeatable. Easy walk to the market and Ta’cool. Love this city can never get enough

Was supposed to stay 2 nights ended up here for 7 great little party vibe the staff are great from Tara Kate Jimmy and Gabriel would recommend and will be staying here again next time I'm in Guatemala much love Kyle

I stayed at the doozy koala for a few nights. Kate and Tara were working at the time and they were fantastic! Any question I had wasn't too much trouble to answer and Kate's advice and tips on things to do around the city made organising my stay a breeze! Staying in hostels, people can either make or break it for you and Kate certainly made it for me! The food was amazing and the beds were super comfy.would recommend 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay at Doozy, nice people, lots of hammocks to chill and nice bar to have few drinks during the evening. The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and beds are cumfy. Highly recommended 😊

Everybody loves koalas and the same goes for the doozy crew. Booked for two nights stayed for 5. Beds have curtains and rooms are clean, the showers are hot which is rare for central and the food from the kitchen could of been made my gordan Ramsey. Get kate to make you a bloody Mary they're delicious.

Best location, best owners, best staff 👍👍 So kind and accommodating. Also absolutely beautiful courtyards! We didn’t even check in for the first two days, but kept coming by the Doozy for the vibes (And the happy hour). Decided we had to stay after that for a couple days 😊 Super spacious dorms. Eat the guacamole and the egg sandwich ps, or the stuffed avocados. Actually eat it all. Drink it all. Stay forever.
