I'm not sure where to start. I could talk about the scenery. I could talk about the tremendous food. Or I can mention the staff that makes you want to take them all home with you. No matter what I emphasize I cannot tell you how wonderful this place is. There are areas where you can have a peaceful time...

One of the most iconic and beautiful views i've seen so far. Incredible staff, the food was not always to my liking but thats a matter of taste. An absolute must do is try to reserve a threehouse for the night. You'll feel like little mowgli ;). Staff very friendly as well!

Excellent scenery, cannot write about the rooms because I did not stay however the restaurant service is very slow. It was clear that the employees are not well organized when it comes to orders and stuff. From the moment we ordered we had to wait around 40 minutes for our food to be prepared and served, I think they should...

Hi Cristina! Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We will make the effort to improve the efficiency of our kitchen, as sometimes the weekends can be extremely busy and the food service can slow down. Have a great day and we hope to see you again! Briana

Very special place. Great houses, so many different places! Very peaceful, creative, relax and cool people! Specially the first night in the treehouse! That view is priceless! All accommodations are great so dont worry if the tree house is fully booked, it's just nice to all ready be there!

We stayed here for two nights before we moved down into Antigua. The whole place is stunning. We had a tree house which was super cosy. The shared bathroom was a little bit of a hike in the dark but it didn't bother us at all. The food at the hostel was really good, but we would have preferred more...

We stayed at Casa del Encino for two days and absolutely loved it. The view from the tree house is astonishing and the house itself was isolated from the others so we had complete privacy which was amazing. Overall, the atmosphere at Earth Lodge during our stay was really laid back and we never wanted to leave. Also, the family...

I just stopped by for lunch (which was delicious), but I could have easily stayed longer. It's not the easiest place to get to, but that is part of the charm! The views are amazing and there is plenty of space to relax.

We stayed in the tree house for three nights - was stunning to be able to watch volcano fuego erupting and spewing lava from our bed. We also experienced a minor earth tremor which had the whole edifice swaying. Laid back atmosphere and very friendly volunteers running the place. For yoga enthusiasts the hammock platform is a great setting for...

I don't like to visit a city more than once in my travels, but this hotel alone makes me want to come up with another reason to visit Antigua. Everything was excellent from the service, the delicious family meals each night, the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel dogs that roam around. Our treehouse was perfect. December is a great month...

I am looking foreword to going back to earth lodge next month. It has been a year but the enchanting and inspirational experience has stayed embedded in my soul. This is not a hostel but it has a hostel vibe. People come and go either overnight or just for the day ..both world travellers and people coming quite a distance...
