We stayed two nights throughout our trip and I enjoyed it very much! I have read the other reviews about it being noisy, but I guess I am a hard sleeper and that never bothered me a bit. I loved that you could walk to market, park, ice cream etc. Easy to find. The grounds were just so beautiful. Flowers...

we stayed here in Dec 13. it is a great location with lots of character. the rooms are old with antique furniture. staff could be a bit more friendly but no real issues. we would recommend staying here but it was a bit pricey.

My rating: 2.5/5; I stayed in two hotels in Antigua, Hotel Euromaya and this one. Between the two, I would recommend Euromaya more. Just like Euromaya, Casa Antigua is very close to Antigua's center (Parque Centrale) so the location is convenient. In both hotels, the noise is a problem with the open-courtyard design and street traffic, but with Casa Antigua,...

Hotel Casa Antigua is in a good location only a block or so off the central park. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay. First was room 1 which was a beautiful room but a little noisy due to its close proximity to the front desk and the water and coffee station right next to it. The shower...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. The rooms and outdoor areas were beautiful and the staff were fantastic! This is a very safe area - close to markets, restaurants, and central park. Overall - a great place!

I have stayed at Hotel Casa Antigua both times I have visited Guatemala and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The setting is absolutely stunning- we even got to watch the sun rise over the volcano's off our 2nd floor balcony and enjoyed complimentary wifi from our room. The staff is very helpful and friendly and...

My friend and I had an amazing experience in our recent trip to Guatemala during Thanksgiving break! The hotel's accommodations are very nice, and I particularly appreciated the free wifi. The location in the town is also ideal (2 blocks away from the central park and a couple of blocks away from the "arco"). However, what really made my stay...

We stayed at hotel casa Antigua as everything else in Antigua was booked out. Basically we were desperate. Would not stay again or recommend it. It has potential to be really nice but... Pros: nice pillows Cons: rude service, water stopped running mid shower, dusty, very over priced.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Convenient to city center. Stayed here three years in a row visiting Guatemala. Have stayed in three different rooms and all were comfortable. Staff gives suggestions for restaurants in whatever price range you want. Wifi works in rooms not just in gardens that are beautiful.
