Rooms are very clean but small, bathroom is split into three (shower, sink and WC) where a built in wardrobe would have been, making it impossible to have privacy. Bar next door hosts a karaoke night during the week, this continues until the early hours and with poor induration and no double glazing we were up till 1am. Pool doesn't... More

This was the second time I spent at Hotel Casa del Parque for two weeks and without a doubt I felt like it was my home away from home. The location is perfect, the gardens beautiful and the view of a volcano spectacular. Rosie at the front desk speaks and understands English and was so incredibly helpful with directions, suggestions... More

Spent 3 weeks here while studying in a local spanish immersion program. Can't say enough good things re this hotel. The staff are wonderful, always accommodating your every need. We stayed here with two children aged 6 and 10, and we had a lovely time. It's a small place and not overly luxurious, but the gardens are beautiful, the location is perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast by the pool with a view of the volcano in the background was a perfect... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The staff are all very attentive and courteous. Some speak English well. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The pool and pool area, as well as rooms and common areas were very clean. I loved lounging by the pool and in the shade by the pool. Pool was at a... More

We mistakenly booked a hotel that was completely unacceptable and immediately went on search for a new one. The moment we walked into Hotel Casa del Parque, our entire mood changed for the better. The staff went out of their way to help us, showing us around the property and several rooms to choose from. We were in Room #7... More

Overall good hotel. All staff were super cordial and attentive. We got a room with a window on a main street so sleeping on a Friday night was challenging. We requested to be moved to a different room and the experience was way better. Nice hotel

I will really recommend this hotel. Very clean! ( a must), friendly personnel, and super close to el parque. They have swimming pool, sauna and lots of greenery. But the amazing view can take your breath away. Loved the idea of having benches outside your room so you can enjoy the view. Great idea! Decoration and cleanliness is the right... More

The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained, and the staff is good. Our room was beautiful, airy and spacious, with an ingenious separation of toilet, shower and sink that worked well. Gorgeous flowering plants are everywhere and well maintained, and the pool is sparking and warm. There is coffee, tea and water available. Wi-fi is a strong signal. The... More

Casa del Parque was just OK...the rooms had a musty smell because there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom (which was small). The room was spacious but hot with only one fan in the room (a lot of the hotels don't have air conditioning). It's a great location but can be pretty loud because it's close to bars, but... More

“I understand that there are only 15 rooms at this hotel. In my opinion, the ones on the 2nd floor are superior given the views.”

“You want to be on the second floor. The views are to die for and it is very quiet.”
  • The view just a few steps down the hallway from our room
  • Well sized room with clean, comfortable linens and towels.
  • Two women who both had plenty of room and a great sleep!
  • Outside view of the hotel. Unassuming, but sweet.
  • This was cute: Toilet stall on the left, open sink area, shower stall and open closet area
  • The view directly outside our room
  • National flags flying on the Govt Building right around the corner
