I loved this hotel when I was a guest a few years ago. A year later, I prepaid (through Expedia) for 5 nights for March 2020 ($1,500). As it turned out, flights to Guatemala were cancelled the week before my trip due to Covid. Therefore I had to cancel my trip. However, the manager of Mil Flores, Orlando, refused to refund the $1,500 I had prepaid. So I requested a refund from Expedia and was informed that the hotel had my money. The hotel refused to even communicate with me. Be aware. This hotel has dishonest management. To this day Mil Flores has refused to communicate with me. You are warned. My wife and I decide to stay here for our honeymoon and it was a great decision. The hotel is very comfortable and our room was clean. We will definitely come back. The staff is very friendly and helped us a lot.

Everything was great! The staff was attentive and helpful. Daniella at the front desk was awesome! Helped us arrange tours and sight seeing! Thank you we will be back! Definitely worth the visit. Antigua is a beautiful city!

Beautiful hotel, super helpful staff made our stay more fun and meaningful, Daniela is amazing! Centrally located, easy to walk to all of the attractions in Antigua. Lovely pool/spa area to relax and refresh after a long day exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated and so quiet you'll forget you're in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent 3 days at Mil Flores. From the moment we walked in we were treated with excellent first-class service. Special thanks to Fernando who treated us like royalty. Don't miss the pool/garden. We were also served breakfast out in the garden. It was a wonderful experience. The location is also close to everything in Antigua and very secure (24 hr. front desk). We will definitely be back when in Antigua.

I had the opportunity to stay for one night at Mil Flores in Antigua. This hotel comes from a great family that I know so my expectations were really high. The staff welcomed me and my family with cold drinks. Perfect after a long ride from the city. Carlos the chief of staff was very welcoming and checked us in with all the information about the hotel. Byron and Fernando the waiters were always very friendly and attentive to our needs. Daniela who works at the front desk was super friendly to us too. We travel with a 2.5 and a 6 month old and this hotel worked out pretty good for our family needs. I can say the premises are kid friendly. The only downside about the hotel are the rooms that lead to the main street. The cars passing by night can get pretty noisy though they have sound proof windows. All in all I highly recommend Mil Flores.…

It is a small super chic and neat hotel! We loved every detail, the exquisite ambience, the fountains, the unique furniture in the colonial architecture, and of course the kindness of it’s staff was outstanding.

We stay with my wife at Orquídeas suite and was very comfy , the pool area was delicious and a well made garden and the jacuzzi was a nice touch; the staff was very friendly we recommend it for everyone who wants to indulge their escapade.

We arrived on a friday afternoon they allowed us to enter before check in time which was perfect they were very welcoming and humble. We stayed at Jacarandas the purple room had a jacuzzi and it was just perfect confy and warm we relaxed totally recomended :) .Thank you to the staff and all the members who made our experience marbales

We stay with my husband at Mil Flores Hotel on September 2019. Nice experience at the Jacarandas Suite, a very spacious room with a jet bath tub we enjoyed. It was a very nice surprise, we are totally welcome to visit again. The hotel has a nice and perfect pool with jacuzzi. We also had a relaxing massage that was very good. Of course the hotel is very neat, the staff is welcoming, helpful and looking forward to take every detail you need.
