We stayed here for three nights, staff are delightful and helpful. Our room was a good size, beds were extremely hard and we had to ask for extra blankets as in January it is quite cold at night. Plenty of hot water for baths/showers. The rooms are arranged around an inner courtyard, doors to the rooms do not fit terribly...

This place has a fun atmosphere for visiting and dinner, but don't expect to get much sleep. The hotel itself is 300 years old and I think the beds are original; they were severely worn out and hard. Tip: enjoy a meal here, but stay somewhere else.

In my last trip to Antigua, we wanted to drink something in the street of the arch (5th ave). We wanted a beer and some food for the children so we went to this hotel. The service was very good, people were very friendly, they were very kind with the babies and even gave us a present for them. Very...

I was only able to stay here for one night after a medical mission trip. It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Antigua. The rooms are all a bit different from one another, but mine was clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful, in spite of my limited Spanish. The courtyard is a beautiful place to...

I was offered, by my parents, a night with my wife at the hotel. My parents bought and paid for a specific room more than one month in advance, they even changed the date of our stay so that we could get the room, they confirmed again two days before, but when we got there, they said it was not...

Very well located, close to the Santa Ana Arch and the central Park. It has it own parking just in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The restaurant is very good. The facilities have the old style of a Hacienda.

I travel to Antigua every year and always look forward to staying at this hotel. It seems to get better with each visit. The rooms are quiet, immaculately clean, and richly furnished with antiques. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. (Go upstairs to the top balcony for priceless photos and amazing views of the volcano.) Pretty much a perfect hotel,...

Posada Don Rodrigo offers charming rooms in the Old Spanish style. The court yard garden is lovely to view or sit in with a coffee or lemonade. It's a gracious place in the middle of Antigua, close to everything, but is a quiet lovely oasis in the middle of the activity.

We simply came there for lunch and it turned out to be a charming place with painters in the courtyard and our table was right next to a small garden and with a perfect view of Volcan de Agua. The food was tasty, well cooked and the sangria was unique - the flan desert and creme brule was worth waiting...
