If you go to this hotel you can catch a shuttle to the sister hotel way up a mountain (tuk tuks) can't go up that hill. The miscellaneous statues and quaint museum are nice but the restaurant is what we went for. The view of the city mountains and volcanoes is breath taking. The food was very good but expensive...

The place is great to stay for a few days. The staff is really helpful and supports you with everything you need. As it's a travel agency as well, you can book all your shuttles and busses directly there. Accommodation offers free wifi and a patio with lots of seating opportunities The only negative thing I have to add is...

The location and price is great, the rooms are sparsely decorated but very comfortable and clean. The double rooms are $35-$40 and each has a private bathroom. Other reviewers complained of noise next door but we did not have that experience at all, the rooms where very quiet and I had a great night sleep. The hotel is small and...

The public areas are simple but charming. The backyard is a beautiful orange orchard! The rooms, however, are Spartan. And the room decor is "Early Missionary". From what I could see, only 2 staff during the day -- a front desk clerk who doubled as the housekeeper, and a handyman -- and neither spoke a word of English. But they...

I am a very easy going person and do not like to complain and I like the place no matter of the noise and darkness in the dorms. It is a clean place but after being charged doable I would never be back here.

There is a loud restaurant next door, they have live music late at night and the walls are very thin, so don't expect to sleep well (we coulnd't). Location and price are ok, the staff is very nice, but if they say "ok, no problem" it doesn't mean that they understand what you are talking about. We decided to leave...
