A beautiful and modern room! Near the bus station and the town! Helpful staffs, u feel like home. Should work on the outside of the hotel. ( old building )But inside the room is so clean and nice , another atmosphere.

I will list out pros and cons Pros - Location was fantastic! - The staff were friendly - The hotel was clean - The hotel was modern with decent room size - Clean towels provided every day Cons - Noise levels. We stayed 4 nights at the Palace Suites and we couldn't ask for a better location. It's in middle of everything - ok it can be noisy since it's facing the square with lots of restaurants and bars so if you are light sleeper it may not be the best for you. The staff were friendly and room all modern... More

great location, very friendly and helpful personel, very nice room. We got excellent recommendation for a restaurant; the Taxi Service they are working together with is very helpful, carries the luggage, since the place is not reaceable by car and very friendly, the staff is very supportive and reliable - we left valuables and they supported us to get them... Great little boutique hotel in a great location on Narodni Trg (People's Square) adjacent to Diocletian's Palace. It can get busy around here surrounded by cafe bars and restaurants, (which I really enjoy), but if that's not your thing, probably best to consider somewhere a little quieter and more remote. Every one of the staff were really friendly and helpful.... More

This hotel is in a fantastic location within the palace walls, but that's about all there is to recommend it. For 230 Euro/night we had a suite looking out on an alley. When we checked in there was an influx of people - the hotel was overbooked, and the manager informed the other people that they would be given rooms... More

We originally booked the Palace Suites for 7 nights, but cut our stay short as unfortunately these Suites do not live up to the picture or descriptions on the various websites. Yes the Suites are new, but poor quality. After paying 45 Euro’s from the Airport we had to wheel our cases through the narrow streets to reach the Palace... More

My 2 sisters and I booked room 401 which is the penthouse suite for 4 nights. The room was fine until the shower door literally exploded in the bathroom. I sustained some cuts on my hands and feet but to say it was terrifying would be an understatement. Here is the worst part. The manager Nevis refused to address the... More

Great place newly renovated just outsideof the palace. Beautiful luxury rooms overlooking the main square. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, athough in the description the mention continental breakfast. Highly raccomand this place. Will return. 😄

When you read the description, location and price of the hotel you develop expectations that are quickly destroyed upon arrival. The staff is not very welcoming, nor are they willing to make efforts. The rooms are big, the furnishings are clean and new but the view... Oh the view of 3 of the 5 rooms we saw was a WALL...... More
