We are currently staying at this hotel. We booked with our AmEx Platinum and expected some benefits, however the hotel apparently does not participate. We are in a basement room and feeling like Cinderella. The walls are very high and there’s no light- like being in a box. The closet is incredibly high, so you can’t reach your hangers. The shower floods the TINY bathroom and the sink backs up. It is not close to the city center, but rather in a residential area. We are next to the kitchen so we hear the dishes clanging. Not really sure why they would create a guest room in this location. The decor…I wouldn’t say posh or tasteful. It feels like a 90s bachelor pad. Over the top black & gold, but not in a good way. Unfortunately, as explained upon your arrival, hotel did not have a contract with Amex, therefore we were not able to offer you any discount on its behalf. We provided you with the exact suite you have booked within your budget, and we are sorry that you couldn’t accept an upgrade to our best apartment at minimal additional cost. Even though the hotel is brand new and luxurious, not everyone will like the interior. To avoid any ambiguities or dissatisfactions regarding the room design, we have made our website photos very detailed and 100% accurate. Thank you for staying with us! We spent 4 nights here at the end of our honeymoon and it was pure luxury. The rooms are so clean and modern with plenty of space. The staff's attention to detail is excellent and they were all so nice. We had 2 massages here too and they were the best we have ever had! The rooftop pool is amazing with plenty of space for people to get a bed. It is a 20 min walk to the town but you can walk it or get an uber which is about 8euro! Would reccomend here for a real treat and relaxing break away!

Very nice hotel, cool decor, boutique. Great breakfast, not very pleasant server at the restaurant. Not so close to the center, needed to take a taxi, which at least costs around 20 usd. Great for family since they have complete fully equipped apartments with kitchen, etc.

We notified through Booking.com that we would arrive late which turned out to be midnight and were warmly welcomed. 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was super and the room and pool area were second to none. Beautiful location and so quiet and peaceful which is what we needed after a hectic 2 years and a long trip. Would definitely stay here again, two nights were not enough.

We stayed here last week, and can’t say enough good things about it. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, and there’s a reason why there are no bad reviews. We were in the smallest room with no balcony, but that wasn’t an issue at all as we got the poolside terrace to ourselves most of the time. It was a great place to have breakfast or a beer in the evening and the food was top notch. The eggs Benedict are highly recommended. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It’s in a residential area about 30 minutes stroll from the city centre, which is fine if you want a beach side walk, but taxis are so cheap and plentiful it’s easy to go back and forth. An Uber was only £3 to town, and about £25 from the airport. There are a few restaurants five minutes away too, and a couple of small supermarkets within ten. There’s a little sandwich kiosk next to one which is also recommended.…

Our 4 night stay here was 5* due to the attentive staff, the poolside area and lovely breakfast. A warm welcome from the team helps to ensure you feel looked after from arrival to departure. The area is residential but there are a number of restaurants to choose from which the hotel are happy to book for you. It is a 30 minute walk in to the old town or taxis are available. Worth mentioning is the communal open bin policy in the area which is not pleasant to walk past but does not cause a problem when you are in the hotel. Our suite was lower ground floor and had no access to a private outside space, however there are plenty of seating options around the pool area and in reception. We chose to have our breakfast poolside which was lovely and plentiful.

What a magical place! Staff are lovely and very helpful, they were constantly making sure we had everything, and everything was to our liking. Rooms are extra comfortable and big, decor is FANTASTIC, and the pool overlooking the sea is stunning... We would highly recommend this hotel, and we are coming back for sure

I was taken to this amazing hotel for my 40th Birthday celebration this year and felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional and so polite and professional. The facilities were outstanding. On my first night I was presented a bottle of wine and truffles, on the 2nd night the chef made me a fresh coconut and salted caramel birthday cake which was also a surprise. It was the little touches that made my stay so special with my family. I stayed in the CHIC suite with the view of the sea. The floors were heated, the decor was classy and chic. The beds were comfy, the room was spotless and clean with nothing out of place. The breakfast was big so beware of what you order as they feed you well. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. This hotel is a 7 min drive to the centre and Uber is cheap. The seaview is amazing and only a small walk to the beach. The swimming pool is beautiful and the sauna is great. Overall I can not rave enough. Thank You x…

Fabulous small hotel, true luxury, amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. As the hotel is small it’s very personable which makes you feel totally relaxed. Rooms are huge, very clean and super stylish, everything is top end. The pool area and small bar are just stunning, the breakfast is the best I have ever had, you order whatever you want from a huge selection the night before and it is presented beautifully. The hotel is a little further out of the centre in a more residential area but it’s no issue, you can walk in 25 mins or Uber for next to nothing. There are a few really good local restaurants within few mins walk. Highly recommend, truly superb hotel in all aspects, thank you Hotel Posh!
