Detailed Reviews
I booked this hotel for a three night stay to celebrate my sister's birthday and we had an amazing stay. I booked direct with Daniela, the Front desk manager, who was extremely helpful with room choice and organised a lovely welcome gift for my sister in the room on arrival. Our room was on the top floor and had views over the city rooftops and the port. Our balcony caught the sun most of the day and was a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. All the staff we interacted with were so welcoming and helpful and I could not do enough for us. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh. I am a vegan and there was plenty for me to eat. My sister has a food allergy and the chef prepared a separate serving for her of hot food each day to ensure that she was catered for. The rooms, spa, restaurant and reception were all spotless throughout our stay. We used the taxi service organised by the hotel and this was very easy and efficient. The location of the hotel is so central, we could walk everywhere and the palace was a 2 minute walk away. The hotel decor is modern and lives up to being a boutique hotel where guests are made to feel so welcome and special throughout their stay. I cannot wait to return.

The most friendly and helpful welcome I’ve had in a long time! Fantastic staff on the desk and at breakfast. Great dinner recommendation. My room was lovely and smelled divine. Comfortable bed. View of port. Handy location. Excellent tea selection and kettle in the room. Spacious bathroom and terrific shower. Body wash, shampoo, soap and body lotion, amenity kit and shower cap all provided as well as a free bottle of water. Unsure if I’ll be back in Split but if I was I’d absolutely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. So central to everything .. old town , harbour, beach all so accessible walking from hotel. The staff are friendly and polite and will do anything to help make your stay a positive one. Our room was very spacious with a balcony. The Rooms cleaned every day.
For breakfast there is a wide choice of hot and cold dishes something to suit everyone. Our flight wasn’t until late in the evening so we were able to leave our suitcase with reception and then use the spa showers to get ready.
The standard of customer service at this hotel was acceptional. Will definitely return to stay here.

We stayed here because we needed parking and wanted a place close to the sites.
Parking was easy once we found the lot after circling around the town about 5 times to find the right street. The location was about 5-10 min walk from the palace and the main part of town.
The room was modern and clean and the staff working at the front desk were helpful and welcoming.
We had a room with a sea view and a balcony. The view wasn't that nice; it overlooked the ferry boats and a couple of restaurants with chimneys emitting smoke and grease from cooking.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel for its proximity to town, parking, pleasant staff, and comfortable modern room.

Just returned from a last minute short break to this Hotel. What a fabulous place. The Hotel has all the amenities close by. It is modern and bright and is spotlessly clean. We had breakfast which was able to cater for all tastes and was lovely and fresh. I would like to make a point of mentioning the staff who were a credit to the Hotel and the manager should be proud. They were always polite and pleasant. In particular I would like to thank Tina for her check in which was efficient and helpful and we were given an upgrade of rooms! Also the staff who helped and reassured me when we didn't get our transfer information through. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of storage with modern facilities. The only thing that may need a little attention are that the towels are a little 'crisp', but we had clean towels and room clean every day! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

I stayed at the Luxe Hotel in Split on 9/24/2021 while awaiting the start of a 7 day Croatia sailing trip. The staff is the best, the rooms are clean and modern, and the view (5th floor) is incredible day or night. Manager Daniela is a "star" when it comes to customer service. Because of her caring personality, conversing with her felt like catching up with family. It was a long trip from Los Angeles and my son was not able to travel due to airline travel restrictions. Upon hearing my travel experience, Daniela upgraded me to one of the best rooms at no charge. I enjoyed a hot late night beverage from the (apparently all night) coffee bar and drank it on my personal balcony with a view of the city and marina. Breakfast included both continental and hot bar (bacon, eggs, etc). The city center (Palace and night life) is a 10 minute walk from the hotel front door. I travel to Europe annually and this gem is one of the best stays I've experienced. I would certainly do it again (exclusively) whenever in Split.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the centre of Split and the port look no further - they are both less than 5 minutes walk away! The staff are so friendly and accommodating- our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we received a complimentary drink whilst we were waiting and a free upgrade to a higher floor with a great sea view. Breakfast was very good - although it can get a bit crowded when so many people turn up at the same time. We also recommend the wellness area where we both had a lovely relaxing massage on our last day. The city offers so much history and charm with great bars and restaurants. We took a catamaran to Brac and Hvar which are well worth a visit. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Luxe and we look forward to returning to Croatia.

Location was extremely convenient with a 3 minute walk to the ferry terminal or Old Town Split! Daniela the front staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and even called to make reservations on our behalf. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, meat, cheeses, pastries, juices, and coffee. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We even enjoyed the jacuzzi at the hotel! Highly recommend staying here!

Tina + other staff made our stay a 5/5. The hotel is very nice and modern. Everything is clean and neat. Breakfast seems small, but there is a lot of different options and they top up the plates so fast that it seems like you are the first one to take food from the table. The staff puts 110% effort to make you feel like vip.
What made our holiday 6/5? Daniela! She is the best receptionist we have ever met! Excellent service with brilliant sense of humour! She helped us to take 150% benefit from our holiday. She gave excellent ideas what to do to avoid crowds and to help manage the extreme heat outdoors. She recommended restaurants daily and made reservations on our behalf. The only thing we had to do was to enjoy our holiday. Thank you Daniela <3

Or will a tow remove it away?
Dear,
Thank you for your interest in Hotel Luxe!
Yes, you can stop in front of the Hotel but just for a short time as it is not allowed to leave the car there. It is a very busy street in the summer. But if you need to just unload the luggage for a minute you can do so.
Looking forward to welcoming you to Hotel Luxe!
