Great for walkers

This place is a real hidden gem. Modern hotel, with walking distance to all “must-see” places in Split. The Interior of this hotel is amazing and the room is very cozy with a very modern design touch and a large bathroom. We had a room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and pillows exactly as I love. Usually, I am very picky on this part, but here, everything was perfect. Upon our arrival, in the room was welcome tray with cookies and nuts which was a lovely touch. The hotel also provided face masks and hand sanitizer nicely packed in a room (Covid time). Apart from this, there were sleepers and bathrobes. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff amazing. I would definitely come back. P.S. Hotel also has parking which is an excellent thing.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at hotel Fermai. We got a good opening offer as the hotel has only recently opened. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. A good breakfast was on offer with a selection of croissants, Fruit, juices, cheese, ham and other meats and and hot food a la carte. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city especially the old city which is a 5 min walk to the main gate. The room was stylish with a little balcony. We couldn't control the air con but asked reception to set it to 20 deg which was nice a cool for the duration of the stay. They have an iron and ironing board. They also have the most comfortable memory foam pillows just ask reception for one. We had a really comfortable stay. There is a small few tables at the front of the property if you want a drink in the evening. Would choose this hotel again if we were coming back to split again.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel for a party of two adults and five teenagers in 3 rooms (including a suite which is amazing if budget allows). This is a new hotel with modern facilities (comfortable beds, power shower) and Milton Brown amenities with the design still sympathetic to local culture. Generous breakfast included in our room rate. And the staff were inviting, charming and attentive. The hotel is located less than 5 mins from the old town so escapes the mad rush of tourists. I highly recommend staying in this hotel - better value than some of the hotels that we looked at.

We loved staying at this beautiful heritage hotel. From the first minute the staff was very friendly but professional. Our room was super comfortable, super quiet, had everything what we needed and was squeaky clean! We enjoyed our breakfast, it's freshly made, a la carte and they will make sure to deliver it just like you want it. I would say that the hotel is designed to a very detail and staff is exactly like that - they pay attention to every little detail and go an extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I stayed at different hotels in different countries many times but this was my most enjoyable stay yet because everything had character. We will be recommending this hotel and coming back for sure.

We really, really loved this hotel and can’t believe that there aren’t more reviews! We checked in rather late (10 pm) and were well received and let in to our reserved parking spot, to which we received directions well in advance by mail. Parking in Split can be a nightmare so to be able to book parking in advance by the hotel this close to Diocletian’s palace is a dream. This was our second time visiting Split and I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
The decor is tasteful art nouveau, well thought out and everything looks brand new. The hotel is very quiet (with three glass windows) although located in central Split. Bathroom was spacious with a shower that didn’t leak (which me and my husband have found to be a rarity) and we even had a small balcony. The staff is so, so incredibly kind and will make sure you have a great stay. We received some recommendations on what to do on our remaining trip from no less than two of the members of the staff which we will make sure to check out. Thank you!
The breakfast buffet may look small on some pictures but don’t be fooled. They have a menu that you can order from if you’d like something warm and the coffee is great.
Thank you once again for great service and a pleasant stay. If we’re lucky enough to return to Split we’ll more than likely stay with you again.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the hotel fermai. The staff was incredibly gracious, helpful and kind. They stored our bags after checkout while we toured the old town, and rushed some laundry for us with a same day turn around.
The rooms are clean, nicely detailed and furnished. I travel extensively for work, and have seen hundreds of hotels. The quality of construction and detailing exceeds most four to five star hotels in the united states. Details like double weatherstripping of doors to the hall, creating a silent night’s sleep.
The recently opened hotel is conveniently located, a 3 minute walk from Diocletian's palace entrance.
Look no further for an excellent stay in split.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at on this trip in Croatia. The hotel is close to brand new and it is 5 min walk to all the main attractions so we get peace and convenience. Staff is very professional and friendly. Room and bed are so comfortable and chic. I highly recommend this boutique designer hotel.

We recently stayed at the Fermai twice, for one night prior to going to Hvar and for two nights following Hvar and it is beautiful, They say "the devil is in the detail" well, there is no devil here, Everything has been done to an exceptionally high standard and the rooms and public areas are just stunning.
Breakfast is lovely and the breakfast room is intimate and cosy.
The staff were all very helpful and the hotel is ideally located on the edge of the old town, which is a five minute walk away. The ferry port can be reached on foot in ten minutes and the bus station fifteen minutes.
We passed a fair few hotels we had considered whilst walking around however, we were pleased we had picked this one.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Fermai from beginning to end.
The hotel is in a great location, just 5 min away from old town of Split. Rooms were very clean and comfortable- had everything I needed.
Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They had to cater to many requests from my friend who had arranged a birthday cake surprise for me in my room, so I am very appreciative of Hotel Fermai going the extra mile. The front desk was also very helpful in giving recommendations and travel advice.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Split!

From the moment we arrived we felt more like we were in someone’s home than a hotel. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. No request was unmet by the staff.
