Great hostel - Josko makes all his guests feel at home and comfortable. It's not a massive hostel so everyone gets to know each other and it has a great friendly vibe. Josko really is as funny and cool as everyone says in the reviews (even got us all free pizza one night!). You will not regret staying here, it...

Myself and two friends ended up booking this hostel for a week for our stay in split after reading all of the great reviews it had. Our expectations for this place were set high and somehow still managed to be exceeded. It wasn't just the highly social atmosphere of the place or the initiation Raki shots that did it for...

Myself and my two friends came here for a week and cannot physically praise this place enough - the hostel itself is lovely, great location, great facilities, the lot. What sets this place apart is the owner Joško and his family. Goes above and beyond, free raki all the time and amazing trips - felt like a family all the...

I found this hostel on Hostelworld.com and because very few pictures of the hostel were posted I did not know what to expect. My friend Kristen and I booked a two person private dorm. When we arrived to the hostel (sweaty, smelly, and exhausted from hours of train travel) Josko (the owner) welcomed us with beers and we watched the...

Stayed here recently on a trip with friends. Josko is an absolute legend, so welcoming and friendly and always happy to help with directions, suggestions or organise excursions. He also gives you welcome shots so be prepared for those. There were six of us and we had one room to ourselves-clean and had everything we needed, including lockers. It's quite...

Very nice place with great atmosphere and owner. Go for the breakfast. It's really worth every single kuna. We'll come back when we come to Split the next time! Thank you for the nice time, even though it was just 1 night.

This hostel is one of a kind! It is very small and has a real family feel allowing everyone to get to know eachother! Josko runs the place exceptionally well and makes the extra effort to cook everyone dinner and take you on trips to the lakes and to a game of thrones filmset himself! I had the best experience...

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was so much fun. This is kind of a strange hostel, but that's what makes it so fun. The hostel itself is owned by Josko, and apparently he grew up in this apartment. Josko basically leaves everyone with free reign of the place whenever he goes home, so you are essentially just...
