We stayed for 3 nights. Gorgeous rooms with a roof top terrace right in the heart of the old city. We got the shuttle bus from the airport to Pile Gate and then was just a 3-5 min walk to the place. It's slightly hard to find as the entrance is tucked in behind a pizzeria. The room was spotless,...

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. Location is perfect - inside the city but easy to get to the taxi drop off for arrival and departure. The lady who was on site was very nice and gave us lots of local info and recommendations. Pizza place downstairs was nice - some light sleepers may find the noise...

We stayed at Roko House for three nights in the first week of July. We were offered an upgrade before we arrived which I'm glad we accepted. It meant we had a small fridge so we bought supplies for breakfast and lunch. Not that there is any lack of eating places nearby! However, it's nice to have options. The location...

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel emailed us prior to arrival and offered an airport transfer which we confirmed. On arrival at Dubrovnik there was no driver waiting, after some time I called the hotel and was told the car had a problem earlier in the day- although they had made no attempt to inform us of that....

Great location which is right in the centre of the old town. Relatively easy to find and a short walk from the airport shuttle bus drop off. We received a friendly welcome with plenty of local information. Room although small was comfortable and clean.

Roko house is in a brilliant location and easy to find near the centre of Dubrovnik Old Town. We had the cheapest and smallest room I believe and it was comfortable and had everything we needed (no kitchenette in the room but we ate out so not necessary for us). The roof terrace was a lovely added extra and it...

Stayed here for three nights of our honeymoon. The apartment is located in the old town and at street level, which makes it easy to get to and convenient for pretty much everything in the old town. The hosts were friendly and very attentive to our needs. We had a reasonably priced smallish room with all the amenities we could...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Lovely new reconstructed house situated right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. There are three studio apartment and three rooms in this beautifull property dating from 17th century.Behind the façade of an ordinary-looking stone house lies this collection of extraordinary accommodations. Each of the three studios and three rooms has been completely renovated and lovingly decorated in a delightful blend of traditional elegance and modern sophistication. Delicate chandeliers and antique-style furniture contrast nicely with LCD TVs and Inox bathroom fixtures. Charming decorative accents abound: entering each room is like being presented with a beautifully-wrapped gift – one cannot wait to see what treasures are inside. The house itself is situated in the flat part of Old Town with convenient access to restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets. It even has a small communal terrace where guests may relax and take in the views of the colorful tiled rooftops below. When rented as a whole, Roko house can accommodate 12 guests under one roof. ... more   less
