We spent 5 nights at Villa Flores. It is well run, friendly and immaculate. Plenty of information available and I would be happy to recommend it to anybody. The location was excellent and when in Dubrovnik I would definitely stay here again.
We booked three rooms at the Villa Flores and had an amazing time! I would highly recommend these apartments. They were spotlessly clean and had everything you could want, including beach towels and even raincoats for the occasional showers! The hosts were extremely helpful.
Villa Flores was an excellent place to stay. Our host rescued us from one of the torrential rains that preceded a flood when our taxi driver unexpectedly refused to enter the city center, they came out to pick us up!

When I stayed breakfast was not included although there was a fridge and other amenities. There were coupons for discounts for breakfast at nearby restaurants & cafes. Enjoy! It is a beautiful city!!
