We stayed three nights in April. The place was confortable and nice, the location is good, and the staff was so friendly, there was nothing they wouldn't help you with, recommend nice restorants, give a direction to different place to visit... Enjoyed our stay very much.

The only reason it does not get 5 stars is due to its location. Cost £20 in a taxi from the airport and took over an hour to walk into town the next day. It is also in quite an intimidating setting with not much in the way of street lighting. Other than location it is superb, could not reccomend...

The conditions are very good, the apartments are clean, large and packed with everything necessary. The personal was very kind. Good prices, nice view and very quiet location. We will probably get back next year for our holidays.

Great place, lovely beach only 10 mins walk away. Buses leave frequently to old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good and clean. We had a great time and would return if we're in Zadar again. Not much nightlife though. We were a couple but would have been good for kids too.

We have stayed here for 1 night in Aug 2015. The rooms very nice, big, with access to a terrace. There was also a room with a pool table, where you can hang out. The villa is a bit far from the city center (20 min by car) and there isn't any public transportation. The parking place is behind the...

Before our stay I emailed the hotel to ask if we could check in later than the available check in times (this was due to the late landing time for the flight), the gentleman named Ivan met us as promised at the door to let us in. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and went above and beyond to...

Spotless apartment, nice view from balcony, very friendly staff, they will help with airport transfer for best price in Zadar. 10 minutes walk from sea. Really good, low price for high quality. Bike hire available. Nice residential area.

We loved our time at Villa Maslina! It is in a great neighbourhood (our taxi driver said the best in Zadar). You can see the sea from your balcony, though it's a bit far to walk to the Old Town (around 5 km). You can rent bikes right from the Villa for 5€/bike/day, which was really handy and apparently cheaper...

We stayed at Villa Maslina in June 2014 for 3 nights and I can only recommend this place if you are planning to spend your vacation in Zadar. Our room was very cozy and clean. There was a functioning air conditioner in the room for those very hot days, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The staff (Ivan, if...
